Perhaps a stupid question. Are there any options for binding a VERY large chest? I'm cursed with a JJ cup and don't know if there are any binders that would make a difference. I'm currently in negotiations with my doctor about breast reduction but I need to lose another 60 pounds before I can. Do I just have to suck it up?

Hmm, first, have you already started losing weight, and do you know how to do it the healthy way? The sooner you lose it, obviously the better it'll be.
As for binding, I know a few big chested guys who use two binders at once. That's usually for D-E, I don't know about bigger, but you can try double binding. If it doesn't make you completely flat, it might make your chest look like a normal man's chest for your body. Can't really be more helpful, sorry, I still use bandages.

I suggest veganism or at least vegitaitanism. I lost half my body fat in the first two years. eek That could help.

I've already lost about 20 pounds so thanks for the weight loss tips, but I'm doing ok there. 3nodding I was just wondering if there were any binding options for a man stuck with breasts larger than his head. xp I'm guessing there probably aren't, unless I don't mind double or triple layering.

...JJ. D= I didn't even know they came that big. Man, your life SUCKS. Srsly. I've heard of double D's. G's are abnormal, anything above that is legendary.
DUDE. OMG. YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY YOU COULD MAKE WITH THOSE THINGS?
My god. We really are cursed, aren't we? XD
Anyway, with something like that, you could definately get corrective surgery. I'm rotting for you. =3 It's just a little weight! Not hard at all! I'll lose it with you, ok? ...

xd I'm not really the type to go into the porn industry so I don't think I could make any money at all with them.
Thanks for the support ya'll. Ed, g'luck with your own weightloss, if you need any. The pics I've seen, you seem healthy, and don't look overweight to me. 3nodding I seriously doubt you'd need to lose 60 pounds at any rate. wink

Question: I know that "girls" talk about this a lot, and I hope it's true. When females (meaning female bodied persons) lose weight the chesticles are the first to go usually? I'm actually hoping to lose 30-50 lbs over a few months, and hopefully a cup size (34 Dish?) I haven't worn a real bra (non-sports bra) in years so I don't know my actual size.

MOST girls lose a cup size [D->C and so on] but no more then that when they lose weight unless they lose an unhealthy amount of weight :/ and you shoudnt really JUST diet working out helps as well but obviously you shouldnt do too much running or the like because it'll just bulk up your theigs.

My weight has fluctuated alot since High School, and while the breasts ALWAYS grow when I gain weight, they NEVER shrink when I lose it. So yeah. Don't count on that. crying

Perhaps the only way for you to lose cup sizes would be to lose a massive amount of weight. confused I used to weigh about 160, when I was 13, and I think I was an A nearing a B. Now, I'm the smallest A possible. That's not much of a difference, but.. I think doing push-ups help. It makes your top half more muscular, thus reducing the appearance of breasts. I haven't gotten much physically stronger, but I think the twins got smaller. Try it if you can? Weightlifting?

...Thank you! =3 It's not that I need to loose weight (underweight. D=) But so much as I want to build muscle.
I'm doing situps before bed, and I'm not strong enough to do pushups, so I lift some weights. I can't handle the 5 lbs ones, so I'm just using the bars. XD
But, yeah, I figure that chest-ish exercises will help reduce the look of your breast. After all, have you ever seen those Miss Olympia or whatever?
NO BOOBS WHATSOEVER. Yes, Steriods helps, but they can only do so much. XD ...

I'm an E cup, so I know that pain. I'm currently going threw insurance battle and the doctor of just going down to a big B/Small C cup, then flat after telling dad and getting therapy and such. But yea, Working out doesn't do much when trying to get smaller cups. I was a DD when I started to work out (Biking 4 miles everyday on a mountain bike.) And they just got bigger.
BUT! it is good to lose weight! XD And yea, building muscle helps as well, that's what I'm doing since I have bad back problems and such, Family trait. -___-u So, good luck!
Also, on the bindings! I use a d bra that's suppost to pull back on the boobs, you know, lifting them and such, then I use Underwork product Double Front Compression Shirt. I've been able to push myself into a mediam one, thought after sugery, I'm getting a new one since the only bad thing that I found out is that the back, where the single layer and the double layer meet, it starts to loose the fabric in the back of the single layer. v__v But that's after about 7 months of use and abuse. XD
