I think we should sort of divide the guild among the crew members. Like, each crew member have a handfull of forums that they are responsible for taking care of, setting and enforcing the rules for, deleting unused topics and moving topics to different forums, etc. I also think each member should be assigned a crew member, so that when there needs to be a message sent out to the entire guild I can tell the crew and the crew can tell their own members, so that a) I won't have to send out 50 pms and take forever, and b) we won't have to wait until all the members have had a chance to look at the front page or where ever.
