Persona Humans;
The persona humans have the ability to manifest elemental powers. The powers essentially allow the persona humans to create and control that element (it’s kinda’ like Avatar on crack). The persona humans evolved as a warrior race. They revel in the fight and strive for perfection. Some are highly powerful and have become involved in the
The elements are as follows; Fire, Ice, Water, Lightning, Earth, Wind, Metal, Wood, Soul, Mind, Light, and Shadow.
Each alignment has an opposing alignment; Fire/Ice, Lightning/Water, Earth/Wind, Metal/Wood, Soul/Mind, Light/Shadow.
Each element has an advantage over one other element and a disadvantage to a different element. The advantages and disadvantages go like this;

Neo-humans;
The neo-humans are super smart and have awesome looking tattoos and interesting hair and eye color. The tattoos are tribal and on the face, usually around the eyes, cheek, or neck. The colors of their hair are usually blue, green, purple and all the different shades of those. The colors of the eyes are any color in the yellow to red range of the color wheel. They make some really awesome stuff that’s comparable to a persona human’s capabilities (just in the form of technology). Neo-humans are very resourceful; they can make something out of anything (as long as it makes sense). They have a very practical view on life and are often city bound, although a few are found in less advanced communities in the wilderness (these have reconnected with their love of nature).
Neo-humans make everything from useless things like electric toothbrushes to highly practical and destructive things such as power suits and energy weapons.

This is a very short list that is meant to inspire you for other inventions... the possibilities are limitless!
Daemons;
The daemons are de-evolved forms of persona humans. They were formed from the inability to combine opposing aura types (fire/ice, earth/air, etc.). They had really short life spans and a really short gestation period thusly providing effective super evolution. They got really strong, fast, and agile (not to mention amazingly hot) in the span of 150 years. They have a human form and an animal form. They "hide" in their human form which is so amazingly hot that you can pick them out of a crowd with 99% accuracy of identifying them. They fight, which they like to do, in their animal form which is dictated by the different opposing alignments.
The daemons are very tribal. They stick to others of their type and form tight nit groups to establish closely held systems of rank and class within their tribes. Each tribe has different rules and expectations that follow a fairly primal division.
Fire/Ice = Avian, Water/Lightning = Aquarian, Earth/Wind = Insectoid, Metal/Wood = Reptilian, Light/Shadow = Mammalian, Soul/Mind = Mythical (note: the last is extremely rare and would require a good reason to play one).

Aquarian:
Fish - In human form; hair can be any color, skin is likewise any color, body types are likewise any but with a tendency towards the thinner types. In animal form; a humanoid version of any type of fish. The fish sub-type of daemon is able to swim incredibly fast and breath underwater.
Squid - In human form; hair is usually on the lighter side white, blond, and red, the skin is usually lightly tan to lightly brown, and body types are usually thin. In animal form; they have humanoid torsos with large eyes, four arms, and the legs are replaced by eight tentacles. The Squid sub-type of daemon is able to swim very quickly, breathe underwater, they can change their skin color slightly in human form and dramatically in animal form, and can shoot jets of naturally made ink from the palms of the hands of the lower set of arms.
Crustacean - In human form; hair is usually on the darker side of brown and red, the skin is usually light with a reddish tint, and the body types are usually bulky. In animal form; they are like very large crabs/lobsters/shrimps with a slightly more humanoid form. The Crustacean sub-type of daemon is less susceptible to physical attacks, can dig in the ground quickly, and can breath underwater.
Avian:
Raptor – In human form; hair is usually any color from light brown to black with an occasional accent of any other color, skin doesn’t have a particular hue, and body types are usually on the lighter side. In animal form; a humanoid bird of prey with wings on the back, feathers cover the surface of the body, a beak and talons are also usual. The Raptor sub-type of the daemon is able to fly and has very good vision.
Insectoid:
Mantis – In human form; hair is usually blond, skin is usually on the more tan side, the body type is always thing. In animal form; very thin humanoid praying mantis leaning toward the human aspects. The Mantis sub-type of daemon is able to remain immobile for several hours such that they do not need to breath and seem to blend into the surrounding environment, making them invisible until they move.
Arachnid – In human form; hair is usually brown or black, occasionally red, the skin is usually on the darker side, and the body type is generally average, though muscular. In animal form; a humanoid torso, eight eyes, venomous clawed fingers, and a chitinous exoskeleton make up the upper part of the body, the lower portion of the body consists of eight legs and an abdomen with a set of spinnerets. The Arachnid sub-type of daemon is able to make venom in modified glands in the arms that is secreted through the fingernails, and is able to spin webs from the palms as well as it’s abdomen, they are also able to climb any surface, and is less susceptible to physical attacks because of the exoskeleton.
Mammalian:
Canine – In human form; hair is any color that a dog would have, skin color is similar to that of any human, and body type is usually average but muscular. In animal form; basically werewolves. The Canine sub-type of the daemon has a superior sense of smell and hearing, they are able to sustain physical activity for prolonged periods of time.
Feline – In human form; hair is any color that a cat would have, skin is similar to that of any human, and body type is usually athletic (think gymnast athletic). In animal form; basically werecats. The Feline sub-type of daemon has a superior sense of smell, hearing, sight (they can see perfectly in the dark), and balance; they are capable of doing incredible acrobatic feats.
Rodent – In human form; hair is usually white, grey, or black, the skin color is usually light, and the body type is usually average. In animal form; a humanoid rat/mouse. The Rodent sub-type of daemon has the ability to be extremely stealthy, they can move silently and are able to climb many surfaces (given that they have some type of texture), they are able to chew through most solid surfaces and can see very well in the dark.
Ape – In human form; hair is always black, skin is usually dark, and body type is extremely muscular. In animal form; basically a more human gorilla, chimpanzee, or other ape. The Ape sub-type of daemon is in possession of extreme strength, they can easily lift 5 times there own body weight and possess higher intelligence than normal for most beings (including the neo-humans).
Reptilian:
Serpentine – In human form; hair is usually brown or black, the skin has a slight olive hue to it, and the body type is always thin. In animal form; the bottom of the body is snake-like, while from the torso up is humanoid with a layer of scales, slit pupils, and a set of hinged fangs. The Serpentine sub-type of the daemon is able to make venom and inject any person they bite and can feel the slightest vibrations from any material that touches their “stomach” scales.
Lizard – In human form; hair is usually grey or brown, the skin has a slight olive hue to it, and the body type is usually average but muscular. In animal form; humanoid lizard. The Lizard sub-type of daemon is able to stick to most surfaces, move fairly quietly, slightly change the color of their skin, and have a very long tongue that ends in a sharp barb that can be shot out of the mouth at amazing speeds.
Mythical:
*this is the most rare form of Daemon, there should be a very good reason for you to be playing one*
I am no longer accepting character profiles for Mythical Daemons. Sorry guys but we have like 2 PC's with this status and one NPC and I'm just not willing to involve any more of these super elite warriors into the story.
Dragon – In human form; hair is usually highly shiny and can be any color but leans towards blond, whit, and black, the skin color is bronzed with a slightly mysterious sparkle, the body type is always muscular. In animal form; a humanoid dragon. The Dragon sub-type of daemon is able to fly, can breath fire, and is resistant or immune to most poisonous materials. They are able to perform almost magical* feats of any variety.
Griffon – In human form; hair is usually a dirty blond color, the skin is usually tanned with an odd shine, and the body type is always muscular. In animal form; a humanoid griffon. The Griffon sub-type of daemon is able to fly, has sharp talons and excellent vision and hearing. They are able to perform almost magical* feats of any variety.
Angel/Demon – In human form; looks like any human you might see, except that they are exceptionally beautiful. In animal form; Either bird-like or bat-like wings on the human frame. The Angel/Demon sub-type of daemon are in possession of the ability to use miraculous* abilities.
*These extend to almost anything that your mind can conceive of. Just don’t go overboard.
The Social structure of the planet is essentially this;
The persona humans and the neo-humans don't get along well but they tolerate each other.
The daemons don't like anyone but themselves (even though that's a stretch at times).
The planet has a unified government and all the races are represented so the "peace" can be kept.
This is only a basic social structure. Remember that anything is possible and that the social structure is only typical of the world, there will be exceptions.

Attacks
You should also include three very basic moves from which all your other moves in the future will build on. They should be highly undeveloped (unless your history would change that fact, and that will be subject to scrutiny) and if you have a need for an element that is not readily available (fire, water, wood, etc.) one of your first elementary techniques should be generating/harnessing said element.
You will get the opportunity to make up new attacks once every week. You're character should draw on some former experience they have had be that a technique they already know or some knowledge they have gained in classes, or something that they realized they lack (point being you can't just learn how to do stuff "just 'cause!").
Edit: The old system where we could update our attack list once every week seems to be pushing it a bit as the forum has been moving so slowly. I'm going to say that you can update no more than once a week, but only if your character has spent time training the technique/attack that you are updating.
