My top five are:
1) Suigetsu
2) Sasuke
3) Shikamaru
4) Gaara
5) Sai
Never realized that they all start with 's' except for Gaara...
My least favorites are:
5) Zetsu
4) Orochimaru
3) Yamato (he hasn't done enough for me to really like him...)
2) Tobi (but somehow I love Obito...)

Tobi
Kakashi and Iruka have been my favorites since I first started reading the series, Suigetsu and Karin are just fricking awesome and make me lol, Deidara pwns, and Tobi is cute. Well now he's scary but still awesome. Iruka's my alltime favorite anime/manga character.
LEAST FAVORITES
Itachi
Kakuzu
I dislike Itachi for non-canon reasons. I read a bad fic that totally ruined him. And that torture scene sounds really weird if you're not looking at the screen and don't know what's going on. D: Kakuzu annoys me.

Tobi <--- Funny.as.hell. But he turns to some evil mofo. D: But I still wuv him. <3
Kakashi <--- He's mysterious and he's a dog lover, Who doesn't love that? x3
Sasuke <--- I used to hate him. D: But now He is very...well...um..more mature? xD
Karin <--- I need to see more of her. Or else I'll misunderstood her.

Gai-sensei <--- He never stops freaking me out with green jumpsuit that's , I might as well mention, very tight.
Kisame <--- He's funny but his grin disturbs me. =_=
Yamato <--- He goes around assuming things that he does not know about.
