Yeah, he was wearing one on his nose when he was in his first year.
I guess it just migrated to his cheek.
Only God (Konomi-sensei) knows why.
Maybe...he thinks he is cool.
Or it's something that reminds him of Oishi. xD

tsh first it was on his nose when he was a freshman and now he's a third year and its on his cheek... maybe he's making a fasion statement like with Kaidou and his bandana... why does Taka-san go ape s**t when he grabs a racquet? and why does Fuji always have his eyes closed unless he's serious?

Well, with Fuji... it's just Konomi's way of showing he's lightly smiling. Like a pleasant person. It also makes him look a fox, deceptive, which he is. Think Ichimaru Gin. That's what I think. D:
