Landon's Memories (READ-ONLY! PLEASE DO NOT POST!)

[Electric Spark]

Time...now and forever...what is the future slowly becomes the present, then quickly turns into the past. With the passing of time, many things fade out of memory. But some things...things that change a person's life, will be there, tucked away in the back if the mind. Only to be revived in dreams, or in thought. What is most precious to you is also the most deadly. It can turn on you, engulfing you, sending you into a mad downward spiral... which you can never escape from.

What is you were to break free of all of that? If you could take all the sins in life and realize you have none, only virtues? The seven deadly sins...they befall each and every one of us at some point. What if they could be ignored? They would gather, in a place most secret, guarding the most precious treasure of all...

"We're treasure hunters." the tall, muscular man smiled. "Name's Sean."

"I'm Landon." I replied, shaking his hand. I could feel his callused hand through the dragon-hide leather on his hands. He apparently knew how to use his fists well. "Where are you guys going?"

"In search of booty, of course!" Summer let out a shrill laugh. She was only a little shorter than Sean, but she looked much taller because of her willowy build.

"In fact, the most ultimate treasure anybody has ever heard of. But nobody's even gotten halfway there." Sean smiled.

"Can I come with?" I asked, practically jumping up and down. I pulled my sword from it's sheath and swung it a couple times to show my form and fighting style.

"As long as you watch where you aim that thing!" Sean chuckled.

"Everybody else is waiting in Sioults." Summer explained. "We need to find them, they could be anywhere in that city."  

[Electric Spark]

"We came to pick you guys up!" Shock smiled. He was of average build, shorter than Sean but taller than Summer.

"Flare, Glacia and Aura are waiting for us." Glitter tossed her hair over her shoulder. "But you already knew that."

"And we better hurrry." Sean smiled. "Or we'll miss our train!"

ALL ABOARD!!!

"Help me!" I yelled, running after the train.

"Landon!" Summer yelled.

"I'm not getting the kid." Glitter pouted. "I just got a manicure."

"Damnit, Glitter!" Sean yelled. He held his hand out over the rear platform. "Hold on!"

I took his hand, and he hoisted me up on the train, just before the platform melted away over a river.

"Thanks..." I said. I was tired, and my breath came in short bursts.

"Don't worry about it." Sean smiled. "I am the best, after all."

"You always take ALL the glory." Summer rolled her eyes. "Let's just sit down. We'll be on here a couple of days."

"I call a window seat!" Glitter yelled.
