i cant find my cat everyone is saying dont worry you'll find it but ive looked every were im scared to death

First of all, don't panic.
Have you looked under stuff such as beds, clothes, blankets, ect.? Did someone leave windows or doors open, or did she get locked in a closet or other room. Look High and low in each room.
My sister's cat once got locked in the dresser, she heard meowing in there after a few hours.
I hope you find her, it's sad when you lose a cat. sad

Shake a food bag.

Sounds weak, I know, but when I can't find Max, I just shake the bag and he comes running.
Of course then, I have to feed him, but that's not the point.

One time my old cat Cuddles went missing, and she turned up stuck under a box in a closet we checked a million times.
