>.< How Do you do that?! xD Thanks ^^ Photoshop. I got the pictures, changed the color of the background and then, made many dupilcates. Over those layers, I wrote the moving message and on each layer moved the message a little more. I saved it as a .gif and Ta Da! A banner.

Good Job! ^^ You should get it. I can work wonders with pictures. Banners might take a while, depending on how complex they are but they're fun to make. Actually, I made the banners in my sig, except the mil-a-day giveaway one of course.
