Appearance: A large man by both body and height. He has a bit of a belly but behind that is muscle. Short wild curly red hair and thick beard, as well as the rest of his body is covered in the red fuzz. He has smiling green eyes, and smile and laugh lines on his face. Usually seen in work pants and shirts and a dirty apron.

Personality: A gruff man who has a soft spot for down on their luck women, and children. He takes pride in his work and enjoys cooking for his lord. He has a mutt that lies inside the kitchen with him taking up the scraps when offered to him.

Likes: Cooking, baking, wrestling, and highland style games. Children, his lord and his dog. Animals, specially the big dumb ones, and fine cuts of meat.

Dislikes: Spoilage, knights, and people who treat lower class individuals like dirt. People telling him how to cook. Monsters that prey on children he especially hates. Being compared to the local baker, vermin that invade his supplies. Rainy days when nothing will cook right, and merchants that over charge because they think they can.

Story: His distant relatives were Irish immigrants, when they crossed over. As a child he was given over as a young child to apprentice to a cook. He never saw them again, yet he had a better life than what his parents had. Quite strong he handles the local toughs when he can to help those they pick on. He feels a certain kinsmanship for orphans and abandoned people because he himself was left as a child. Now as he is older he is still unmarried and it looks doubtful that he ever will, for it will take quite a loving woman to understand him.
