There are Rules for every RP, ne?
1) Literacy on some level is a must. There will be no use of chat speak. That means no 'U' no 'R' or anything along those lines. It does not take that long to add in an additional letter or two.
2) Good grammar is appreciated. As I have already more than likely misspelled a few things, common little errors in spelling are acceptable, but please, do try your best.
3) No one-liners. Do your damndest to avoid them. They are irritating, and give other players little to go on.
4) No ** or -- for actions.
5) Use "" for talking and italics for thoughts.
6) No god-moding. It will not be tollerated. You get one warning, and after that you are done.
7) Keep it to the Gaian TOS rules. No cybering -- romance is alright to an extent. As this is Elfen Lied, some nudity is expected, but don't go nuts, and don't make it overtly sexual. Graphic blood spray...Well, Don't go nuts.
8 ) Shonen-ai/shoujo-ai is ok, but for premade characters, don't go too far outside the set bounds unless your working towards it for a while.
9) If a character is already taken, too bad, there won't be any arguing over it unless that player has been inactive for a while.
10) Try to post regularly. At least once a week is recomended. Post if your going to be absent for any extended period of time, okay?
11) You can have up to two characters, a premade, and an original. However, each must have a different color for text.
12) Be respectful of eachother. I won't have any of that "you suck because" crap in this forum.
13) Lucy is the only pure Diclonius. The rest ARE silpelits, unable to reproduce normally. There is no arguing this fact.
14) Unless you can come up with a REALLY good reason, people who are supposed to be dead, are dead. That means Kurama and Mariko too.

Because roleplaying in character is very much something that we want to keep strictly under control, there is a chance that if you stray too far out of character with one of your Premades, that you will lose the ability to control that character. You may then be faced with the choice of making your own character, or being reassigned a character* by Lucy that would more suit your RPing style.
Keep in mind this is not to upset you or in any way be unfair, but if you cannot stay in character with your choice, then there is no other option. A premade is completely created and all the lines and rules for them have been set down, you cannot alter those. And if you break those rules or try to change them, then you are no longer your character, so giving us the right to remove you from your choice and offer you with another*.
*Depends on how many characters have been chosen, and whether or not your RPing style is compatible with any of the characters left.
