Uenna is right FF.net is probably the best website for fanfiction out there...but there are also:
AFF.net
nFiction
FicWad
Mediaminer
That have a lot of different series. There are also a couple of specific fanfictions sites out there that relate to a single series, but I don't know of any out there for Bleach. sweatdrop I know lots for Harry Potter, and Gundam Wing and such...but that's about it. I don't know of any other main websites besides those. heart I hope that helps.
