This is a LITERATE RP. Okay? So no little wimpy post crap. Post in paragraphs or more would be preferred. Please treat this RP well. Bankai is only usable by Captains but is currently in the making.

STORY
Soul Society is just beginning. (Note: This RP is not accurate to the series. This is the beginning of the gotei and Soul Society.) The Academy had just graduated its first batch of shinigami. Only three of those members were chosen to become leaders of squads. The leader of these squads were known as Captains. The Hollows had already been a threat but were extremely rare at the time. They began to multiply so the Soul Society started.
The Captains had been the top of the students who graduated from the academy. Below Captains came Vice-Captains, then the 3rd seat, 4th seat, and so on. A new opposition had come as well known as the Vizards, which could use the powers of both shinigami and Hollows by having a Hollows mask and shinigami's zanpaktou.
A zanpaktou, also known as a shinigami's weapon had 3 stages which were the regular zanpaktou, shikai, then bankai (Bankai is only attainable at a Captains level at the moment).
Now that Soul Society had begun, the Hollows noticed an opposing force. They began creating other Hollows from human souls to create a larger threat for the shinigami.
This has become a large battle among the shinigami and the Hollows, with the Vizards inbetween.TYPES OF HOLLOWS First is the Demi-Hollow. This is an earthbound spirit that is still developing onto its form of a hollow. This process usually takes six months unless the hole in it's chest is disrupted or messed around with.
Next is the regular Hollow. Hollows are evil spirits that attack the living and the dead indiscriminately, and devour their souls. They were all once pluses before. Hollows need to eat souls to ease their pain and suffering, they cannot change back to a normal soul.
Finally are the best among the Hollows, Menos Grande. This is one insanely huge hollow that can be only created when hundreds of hollows huddle up together and intermingle. Seeing one is extremely rare, as even Rukia has only seen it in text illustrations. It can shoot out a red beam called Ceros that destroys every atom it hits. This is one strong hollow.There are also 3 classes of Menos Grande. The 3 classes are called Gillian, Adjuchas, and Vasto lorde.
Gillian class menos are the weakest class of menos. They are giant in comparison to other hollows, dwarfing even the largest standard hollows by at least the size of a two-story building, but lack agility and intelligence. While a gillian-class menos is quite powerful, they are still much weaker than a shinigami lieutenant. They are comparable to "foot-soldiers," reflected in their uniform appearance. In Soul Society, gillians are known as menos grande and are shown in textbooks discussing menos.
Adjuchas class menos are the medium class of menos in terms of power. They look humanoid, but are still distinctly inhuman. They are also much smarter than the gillians and have the power to match. It is likely they could fight evenly with at least a shinigami lieutenant. They watch over the many gillian-class menos. This type of menos is much smaller in population compared to the gillian class.
Vasto Lorde are the most powerful class of menos. They appear almost completely humanoid, and each one is stronger than an average shinigami captain. They are the least common form of menos, but the exact population is unknown. They are believed to reside within the very depths of Hueco Mundo.

Biography: After graduating in the top four in Soul Society, he became leader of squad one. Along with 3 other captains, they formed the Gotei 4 to protect the human world and Soul Society. Not much is known other than an illness he suffers from. Instead of merely using one zapaktou, he carries two. During bankai, they merge together into one into a whip-like weapon. His attitude can vary from warm and welcoming to cold and ruthless. Not much is known other than what has been said.

While he was offered the position of Squad 1 Captain, he humbly denied it saying it would be too much of a hassle. Always being laid back whenever there's work to be done or even, if there is nothing to be done. The only time his true colors come through is when he's in the midst of battle, which awakens his demon. It is also said that he was one of the few survivors on the trip to the Human World to fight a Menos Grande. The graduation day had arrived for the Soul Academy. Yourishima was eager to find out how he had scored while he enrolled there and whether he was good enough to become a Captain. Yourishima looked to one of his friends that were graduating with him to talk before the graduation. "Hey Tseng-san. You pumped on what the graduation will bring?", he asked. "I can't wait to see what the King has to say!", Yourishima exclaimed with a wide grin on his face.

As I turned to face a familiar face, all I could say was,"I can't wait till this is over. It's been fun but it's also been a pain. All we have been doing is basics, basics, basics." I started thinking to myself that this wasn't true. I didn't really care what was going to happen. Ever since the incident on the one trip to the human world, I have not cared about what happen to one soul. But I also decided that I just wasn't going to let innocent people die just for the heck of it either. I was going to protect as many people as I can with my whole life. I turned to face Yourishima with a carefree expression on my face. "What do you think the King wants to address to us, anyways," I said without a second thought

"I have no idea, but apparently it is of the utmost importance. Most of all...I can't wait for the zanpaktou's we were told we were gonna get!", Yourishima shouted. From around the corner, a messenger appeared. "You two should go to the main hall immediately. The King has arrived and is about to read some document he made," the messenger announced. Yourishima understood and headed to the main hall. Hell Butterflies had been sent around the academy to announce to head the main hall as well. This must be it, Yourishima thought to himself.

"Jeez, don't sound so excited about this whole process. I mean its nothing to be excited about. All we are doing is graduating," I said calmly. I started to walk with Yoruishima through the academy towards the main hall. As I started to walk, I had a bad feeling at the back of my spine. Before I knew it, I sneezed and excused myself. Something bad is going to happen, I just know it. I just hope the start of this Gotei turns out to be a good thing rather than more trouble than its worth.We had finally arrived at the main hall to catch up with the other graduates.

Biography: Sarin graduated one of the best in her class in Soul Society, and has been offered the position of Captain of Division 3. Before she graduated, her house was burned down, leaving several burns in various places about her body. This was not a tragedy, and more modivation to work harder.

Sarin walked alone in the courtyard, feeling a sense of success. "Graduation," she said, repeating that one word, tossing it around in her mind. She strode with pride, her head held high, tossing her arms into the air with each step. Her short bangs fell into her eyes. She sideswept them until they were away, and continued onward. Sarin arrived at the main hall, where she saw two of her other fellow graduates.
"Yourishima! Tseng!" She called, waving, a grin tugging at her lips. She ran to catch up with them, her boots thudding hard on the smooth concrete of the academy.
