Do you have any favorite types of poetry anthologies? Like do you prefer anthologies about one poet or do you like a mix of poets. I personally prefer mixes so I can see different poets that I may like.
Also, have you ever made you own poetry anthology? The end of the year project for my Short Story & Poetry class was to make our own. I love mine and I plan on keeping it.
The poems I chose were, in case anyone is interested, A Dream Within A Dream by Edgar Allan Poe, A Dead Rose by Elizabeth Barrett Browning, I Sit And Think by J.R.R Tolkien, The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost, April Rain Song by Langston Hughes, If The World Was Crazy and Hug O' War by Shel Silverstein, The Purple Hat Society by Liilia Morrison, Was There No Truth To Your Beauty? by Unknown, and Am I Evil by Adryan Bates. I also had five poet biographies, two poems of my own, pictures, and a short story (The Tell Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe).
