Lena's room was to say the least, simple. The walls were painted a faint yellow, it was soft on the eyes and calming. The floor was mahogany from end to end. There was a large collection of reading material on a stand alone mahoganey bookcase in the corner of the small space. A twin bed was in another corner, soft blue sheets adorning the matress, pillow, and duvet. A black leather chair was placed in the corner near the bookcase, no doubt she curled up in it often with a thick volume on lonley nights to pass her time! There was also a mahogany desk against one wall. On it was a leather bound journal, writing supplies, and loose pages of paper. It was neat and tidy and exuded a feel of home.

When Orlena returned to her quarters, she decided to put on her pj's right away. Her pj bottoms were a little small, as she had had them for a long time, so they hugged her every curve. her top was just an old semi-see through t-shirt. She then plugged in her kettle to make a decafe cupa to drink as she continued reading her romance novel, a guilty pleasure to be sure.

He came up to the room and knocked on the door lightly, hoping that Orlena would hear. He stuffed his hands in his jean pockets and waited for the fateful opening of the door.

animeyumichan He came up to the room and knocked on the door lightly, hoping that Orlena would hear. He stuffed his hands in his jean pockets and waited for the fateful opening of the door. When Orlena heard a soft tapping on her door, she wondered if she had imagined it. It was very odd for her to have visitors, but her curiosity got the better of her. She rose from her bed and looked through the peephole. Her heart started to beat faster and her palms became clammy. As the door swung open, Aiden stood before her. She could not come up with a single reason he could be at her door and so stood shocked in place.

As the door swung open, Aiden stood before her. She could not come up with a single reason he could be at her door and so stood shocked in place. He looked up as the door opened, with a sigh of relief that she had heard him. He wasn't sure exactly how he was to go about explaining why he had come after hours to her rooms, so instead he gave a small smile and ran his hand through his hair yet again, "Uh, good evening."

'Oh God' she thought, how was she to keep herself in one piece when his hair was begging to be entangled with her fingers. "Good evening," she said "do come in." Still not knowing why Aiden was here, or how to react, she did what her... mother had taught her to. Offer a beverage "would you like a cup of tea?" she asked hesitantly, her offer would only be beaten down if he had little to say to her, as well as her heart.

"Thank-you," He said quietly, still looking at the floor as he took a few steps into the doorway. "I would love that, thank-you." He said, looking into Orlena's eyes. What would he say to her? He had never really talked to Orlena before, and now he just came to her door at night? What must she think of him? His thoughts roiled in his head, and he cursed himself inwardly for coming here. He had no idea what to do with himself, how to act, what to say.
