Snow yearly covered the mountain range tops. Twilight's paws hit the ground lightly, her fur matching in with the landscape. She spent most of her time in the mountains, but often took trips down to the forest and other areas, normally avoiding the desert or volcanoe.

Slish...slosh...crunch...
Haforo was walking in the snow absently, grumbling harshly to himself. It was so cold up here, but he had to go through the mountains to get to the ocean quickly. He shivered slightly, feeling helpless and out of place. He was rarely out of the water since it was his element, and the bitterness of the mountains made him feel homesick.
He hated being cold.
Then again, it wasn't rare for him to hate everything.
He turned his head this way and that to look for a shelter, but saw nothing in sight. He sighed irritatedly, fatigue weakening his limbs.
Grumble grumble sigh, grumble grumble, curse.
He stopped at a snowy hill, thinking of how he was going to create his own shelter. He began digging frantically, hoping to at least dig a small tunnel for now.

Twilight spotted Haforo and quietly walked over. "Hello," She greeeted, her paws not even makeing a sound as they hit the snow. "What are you doing out here?"
Edit: Make a roleplay for Mitoku, Wolf Gang, Kin, Zac, Luciane, and Hafaro? : D
x_x Since we haven't really done that yet.

Well, Luciane got stolen by...something when she was an egg and is living with Mirou and Xylon, so it would just be Wolfgang, Mitoku, Zac, Kin, and Haforo. xD]]
Haforo jumped startledly, cursing under his breath. He blinked for a moment, eyes narrowed slightly. He took a glance at his temporary shelter, which had been dug about four feet into the snow.
"I'm trying to get out to the ocean, but now I'm stuck in this bloody cold." he said, biting back a harsh comment and expression softening, "What are you doing out here?"

"If it gets me out of this dreadful ice, sure." Haforo said with a disgruntled sigh.
He quickly followed after Twilight, his paws aching from frostbite and exhaustion.

Twilight nodded, soon entering a cave. It was deep, and the ground was covered with dead grass that Twlight collected when the snow had eased up and she was able to venture down into the forest.
"You may stay here for as long as you wish," The female tocou said, striding into the darkness.
Deeper into the cave was a pond, the easiest way to get water rather than eating snow.

Haforo had to admit he was surprised at the vastness of the cave, peering in curiously. It was much warmer in here, and for that he was grateful. As he walked a little farther in, he noticed the pond. He felt relieved at the sight of water, and walked towards it. He took a small sip before laying down right in front of the pond. The water seemed to pulse, and swelled a bit larger than it normally was so it was surrounding Haforo.
"Nice house." Haforo said to Twilight quietly, sighing slightly and looking up at her.

"Hmm." Haforo mumbled something under his breath, closing his eyes and listening to the water.
This was one of his special water gifts. Suddenly, a sort of whirlpool appeared in the center of the pond as a large area of it suddenly deepened to the point where you couldn't see the bottom anymore. Haforo could now hear the ocean through the pond, and knew that if he dived in now, it was take him straight home. He looked back at Twilight, and realized he didn't want to leave.
