It has been officially announced that NARUTO: Clash of Ninja MVZ for the Nintendo Wii has been renamed to NARUTO: Clash of Ninja Revolution!
The game will include several game modes - story mode, score attack, timed attack, survival, 2P Versus, 2P Score Attack, 2P Survival and 1-4 Multiplayer Versus! This includes three special mini-games created especially for the Wii Remote - Shuriken Throw, Rasengan Training and Shadow Clone Trick.
There will be six stages, which will each consist of two distinct combat zones (environments) and over 14 characters. Currently, confirmed characters include Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Rock Lee, Gaara, Kakashi, and Gai.
While it hasn't been confirmed, our guess is that we'll be seeing Itachi, Kisame, Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru as well.
NARUTO: Clash of Ninja Revolution is due out in North America sometime this Fall, only for the Nintendo Wii!

A list of all confirmed playable characters so far are:
Naruto Uzumaki
Sasuke Uchiha
Sakura Haruno
Kakashi Hatake
Shikamaru Nara
Rock Lee
Might Guy
Gaara
Orochimaru
Itachi Uchiha
Kisame Hoshigaki
Also, a Shonen Jump issue has something about the game in it, stating that there will be 14 new characters. This pretty much means we'll be getting all the Clash of Ninja 2 characters along with 14 new ones.
