In Hitmoi No Catoblepas, In chapter 7, Tokio mentions that his brother killed the entire temple in his ceremony, including thier parents.
This easily leads to him being the one Tokio has sworn to kill, but also, i believe that his brother is the one in the picture of the family heads that Miiko saw who she originally thought was Tokio......I will update my theories as the series progresses.
