It was later turned into a Manga by Yukio Kanesada. The Movie was directed by Tetsuya Nakashima. The Movie follows the story of Friendship between a Momoko Ryugasaki (Kyoko Fukada) a Lolita girl, and Ichigo “Ichiko” Shirayuri (Anna Tsuchiya) a Yanki.

Creators
Novala Takemoto
 was born on January 26, 1968 is a Japanese Novelist and Author. He was born in Uji. He was nominated for the Mishimi Literary Award in 2003 and 2004. He designs clothes for Baby, the Stars shine Bright (the brand that Momoko like the Best) and is often featured in the Gothic Lolita Bible. He is also very active in making the Gothic Lolita liffstyle more popular.He likes Rococco and sometimes claims that he was born in 1745. Novala likes Alice and the Pirates, Vivienna Westwood, MILK, rockinghorse shoes, Chirstian Dior Perfume, robots, science fiction, taxidermy, dolls, and Philip Glass. He is discribed as being a heterosexual male with the chirisma of a young maiden.
He dropped out of Osaka University of Arts in 1987. He Parcitipated in a variety of Artistic, Musical and theatrical activities. 1992-1997 he made his literay debut writing many essays to a free Kansai free arts Newspaper. In 1998 his essays entitled Soleilnuit: For Becoming a Young Lady was published as a collection.
He is best known for his novel Kamikaze girls.

yeah the manga was awsome and i browsed through the movie it was cool, but i haven't seen it all yet
