Yeah...truth hurts but without a D/P and DS, PBR isn't all that great....I mean the N64 games allowed you to rent pretty much ANY pokemon. Here you get like 30 after you beat the game and 12 before beating it if you don't have a DS.

Its been over 10 years since the pokemon franchise became so popular. They should have made quite a bit more development than this. Its pretty disapointing. Coloseam and GoD had story line at least. This is terribly disapointing.

Yup, the rental system is crap. You can't really choose individuals, only groups of 6 for the most part

Well, after you beat the gateway colosseum the first time, you can trade pokemon and keep them at the end of the battle. (I ended up with a lopunny that 2HKOs normal types) of course that won't help a whole lot....
