Custom Jutsu

Level: what skill level is it? (D,C,B,A,S) See wiki for what each level is like.
Element: What element of chakra does your jutsu use, if any. Some, like the Rasengan and puppet jutsus, use pure chakra.
Requirements: does the jutsu require a bloodline limit to use, does it require high chakra levels, or knowledge of medical ninjutsu, an animal partner?
