Welome, patrons, to the 'taven' part of the Gothic Frog. All are welcome, but I'll let our bartender give you the general set up. I'm merely an administrator here.
Admittedly this would be more fun if everyone could hear the songs being 'sung', but rules are as this:
1) Keep the lyrics either edited or non-parental advisory stuff. If your character's evil enough to be singing something that bad, they probably wouldn't be in a karaoke bar now would they?
2) Any RP characters are welcome, no matter the storyline they come from, but ALL POSTS MUST BE IN CHARACTER! That's the whole point of this game, after all.
3) Once you're in the bar, you have to sing at least once!
4) No heckling!
5) To enhance the game, outside links to whatever song you're singing are welcome- again, just make sure the song is within the aforementioned standards. Failure to abide by this rule WILL get your post deleted, and multiple violations will result in a guild banning.

Hey everyone, welcome to the karaoke bar. Here's some basic info about the area for you, so you can get familiar with this area and we're all on the same page.
As this is a bar, you can order anything you like to drink, alcoholic or not. Just be forewarned, if you're underage (we'll keep that at the standard 21), I'm not going to serve you anything alcoholic.
The area set up is as standard- a small stage with a television screen set up on the edge of the stage (right side from the singer's POV), speakers set up behind the performer, and a mic with adjustable stand. The floor contains about five round tables sitting about four each, with a small lit candle-lamp in the center of each one. The bar is in the back, with a full sound booth between the bar and the tables- this is where you must go to request a song to sing to. If you walk up to the stage without doing so, the DJ/soundmaster will pick one at random for you.

As of now, we do have openings for waitstaff and a DJ/soundmaster. Waitstaff is allowed to perform when not needed, though I daresay the DJ will not often get the chance. PM me or Chika-chan if you'd like the job, though as of now the spaces are to be paid as much as I am- which is nothing.
