Desired species Result- Masked Owl/Barn Owl (They're fairly alike- cept the Masked Owl is noticably darker in back plumage). Anthromorphic (transformation includes darkening of eyes to brown, thicker, sharper nails, better eyesight, aversion to light and- of course- wings)
Appearance- Chestnut hair reaching to the small of her back, hazel eyes, 175 cm tall, wears black, shows as little skin as possible with black leather boots and practically drips with jewellery (Bird complex- shiny=good)

Personality
1. Strengths- Is loyal to a fault, and is terribly overprotective of the things and people she loves. She is persisitant, and most of all, stubborn.
2. Flaws- Is incredibly shy and doesn't like people much. She is very withdrawn thanks to previous emotional abuse and so communication is difficult.
Interest/Hobbies- Loves to read to escape reality, also loves gothic/violent movies and anime (stuff like Die Hard, coz it's awesome). Is penning a book that isn't going so well.
Likes/Dislikes- Likes- teddy bears, sweets and rose-petal salads. And mint.
Dislikes- Most people, fashion, heat, limes and stupid TV shows.
History- Emalthya was enrolled in 11 different shcools ( 9 Primary and 2 Secondary ) in Australia and hated each one. She was reaching breaking point- no friends and she was constantly bullied. Her mother and father split up when she was young. After Emalthya reported a few students smoking dope behind the miniature pony pen, and subsequently sworn revenge against, her maternal grandmother and grandfather took her with them on yet another of their globe-trotting expiditions. Emathya's grandmother is a historian (Based on my actual grandmother. She runs a history room.) and as such could not resist a visit to one of the most haunted suburbs in North America. So they decided to stay there for a while to soak up the history. Emalthya had never been out of her country before and it was a suprise to her when their destination was the US instead of Europe- where her grandparents usually holidayed. She is interested in the history of the place, but more interested in the wildlife of the forests, so unlike the bush of her home.
Family- Grandmother (Nan), Grandfather (Pa), Mother, no siblings and cousins coming out of her ears- none that she particularly likes.
Arrival- Stays with her grandparents in the resort for two weeks, by which time the transformation will occur. Emalthya starts in the forest where she discovers a nest full of unfledged owlets.
