Hey all here's the ranking system. This should help keep the guild and all the villages under control.

Ranking-
1. Genin: Where you start
2. Chuunin: obtained by posting 20 times and completing 5 missions assigned by your kage or superior
3. Jounin: Obtained by posting 40 times (total) and they must be able to complete a written quiz
4. ANBU: Obtained by Completing 20 missions and posting 60 times
5. ANBU Blackops: Obtained by being chosen by the chief ANBU and must have posted 80 times
6. Chief ANBU: obtained by the kages permission; THERE MAY BE ONLY 1 Per village
7. Kage: You must have posted 100 times and you MUST have permission from either me (new_ninja) or Anbu Jin1993 or Naruto-Ninetails-Uzumaki or kazuka-iskoise.

Note- after completing each rank (with the execption of Kage) you will have posted 200 times plus any additional posting you've done.

Missions-
Each village will be assigning their own missions. For every 5 missions you complete you will be taught a new jutsu by your squad leader if your a chuunin/genin. However if you are a Jounin+ you will be taught by the chief ANBU or the Kage of the village. Not only do you learn new powerful jutsu but you also help yourself out. Each kage will be keeping a file with how many missions a person has completed. I hope you understand all this. And if you don't then please PM me.
