that's a really good list

i believe "so desu ne" can also mean "I suppose so" or "That's correct"
"please" can also be "onegai"

but yeah there's many ways to say all of those xD
if you need any more phrases, feel free to ask me! =D

I know exactly where you got all these from xD
I've memorized a few of them. Very helpful, ne?

Take notice people **when it's a question, "ka" is always at the end. The word particle ka indicates it is a question. Without ka you would be making it more into a statement rather than a question.

teehee i knew like 95% of those razz Yay me!

Do you speak English? -- Anata wa eigo o hanashimasu ka?
Be careful with this! If you say egao insted of eigo, it'll sound like some odd way of asking if they speak in smiles O.o Also, isn't there a more polite word then Anata? Heck, can't you just forgo the whole Anata wa part and just say Eigo o hanashimau ka?, so long as you have their attention? I think so.

also also razz
some more for the list:

______ o kudasai -- Some _____, please.
(use these words with the last sentence, if you will)
Niku -- Meat
Yasai -- veggies
Saato -- Sugar (odd, no? Sounds like salt to me)
Shio -- Salt

Itadakimasu -- something along the lines of "it looks great!" used before eating.

____ ippai kudasai -- A glass of ____, please
____ hitobin kudasai -- A bottle of ____, please
(use these words with the last sentence, if you will)
Ocha -- tea (green tea, no?)
Koohi -- Cofee
Biiru -- It seems you're all to young (me too), but beer
Saki -- Rice wine... once again, not sponsoring underage drinking... sure I'm not..

Chekku o motte kite kudasai -- Please bring me the check

Just remember, I too, am learning, so I may be wrong.
