That's right, one and all can discuss this in debate! :3
MY OPINION:
Now, first off--there is SpecialShipping. We all know that this is very well hinted THROUGH OUT the manga series of Pokemon Special. But seriously, when are they going to get together? ._.;;;
Second, there is FeelingShipping. This shipping has some "evidence". I don't really count it as evidence but that's just me, I don't think that Green even cares about Yellow because in the FRLG saga when Mewtwo tumbled forward he could have ran and caught her. Also, when he figured out about Yellow being a girl, he could have done something ((like blush or I don't know...xD)). People seem to count their training as evidence or a "shippy moment" but I really don't get how that IS a shippy moment! ._.;;;
Finally, there is JadeShipping. Now this pairing, I personally think has something to do with this. But that's just my opinion. NOW DISCUSS!

I've found another Jadeshipper, I feel happy~ <3 ahhhhhhhhh doood its so hard to find Jadeshippers a days. Its not my main ship but its cute. And I think that we should keep it alive. ^_^

Here's the low down...
Jadeshipping = Blue (female) x Yellow
Feelshipping = Green (male) x Yellow
Specialshipping = Red x Yellow

But why do you think Blue made her wear that hat (besides the fact that she wanted to figure out about Lugia/Ho-oh, ect.)?
Another thing, she practically sprinted to catch her in the FRLG saga. Green wasn't fast enough! xD

If your believe something then why let anyone else change that opinion?! Out of the three shippings you have posted here I think that Specialshipping has the most going for it. Next would be Feelingshipping, and last would be Jadeshipping.
Why?
This is all goping on a matter of "lets scrape together every moment of them together and let's see if w find anything that would hint at romance, or even lead to affectionate feelings" Specialshipping has alot going for it because Yellow seems to enjoy hangning around with Red the most, plus their Pikachu fell in love with eachother, so why not the trainers? I think that Yellow cares deeply for Red (even if it IS only a frienship kind of care, it is still caring) although I don't think that Red as any feelings for anyone. Then there is feelingshipping, I say this because Green trained Yellow to become stronger. Yellow seems to look up to him as a mentor, and Green seems care for her as his student. This is FAR from a garentee that they love eachother but this pretty much makes Green the second person that Yellow would want to hang out with the most. Green may be a bit tough on Yellow when they were training but it's better then his relationship with Blue, which he flat out states that she annoys him. Jadeshipping is last ONLY because they had very little interaction together in comparrison. (at the very least in the begining) Blue only get involved with Yellow because she knows Yellow is the perfect trainer to collect the information that she wants from Lance/the E4 (of course over time they become friends) but... pretty much the only thing she REALLY cared about was collecting enough information about the bird Lance was summoning as possible.

Yes, I think you are correct, Wolf-san. I mean Specialshipping does have some hints, Feelingshipping and Jadeshipping have "hints" which are mostly likely disorentied by fangirls/fanboys. And the fan-base for everything also revolves around everything.
But of course, we have to consider that the only pairing that is truly canon is Franticshipping.

In my mind, it's almost a dead tie between Specialshipping and Jadeshipping. I really don't know much about the characters, except what I have read online in a short amount of time, so maybe I'll make up my name when I get more information.

I'm taking a fourth option and going with GrantedShipping. It's the only one I really like for Yellow. Mostly because:
1. I ship Red with Misty and Green with Blue
2. I have a huge thing for rivals. X3
