The time has come for the semi-apathetically requested second guild art contest!
This round is a themed contest so make certain you relate your artwork to both Tolkien and the theme in some way, be it obvious or subtle.
Theme:
Blazing spirits as well as fields. Mountains and creatures alike. Fire has a great and varied use throughout Tolkien's works. Find it. Draw it. Give it life. For those of you who find torches to be something impossible to draw, get creative! There are multiple ways of including this theme without actually depicting flames in your artwork.

The contest ends Tues, July 17th at 11:59 PM PDT (that's Wed, July 18th at 2:59 AM Eastern) with judging to be carried out within two days of the contest's end.
