 I think they would keep it secret
and only tell few people 'cause Sasuke? A Uchiha giving up the name
to be with the Kyuubi vessel?
I know Sasuke wouldn't care,
But Naruto is extremely sensitive.

I think they'd probably try to keep it a secret. At least in the beginning.

3nodding same here.
The most loved nin with the most hated (though for stupid reasons) the village wouldn't exactly approve...though sooner or later I think they'd stop caring (I don't think Sasuke would ever care what they think) and just let them figure it out for themselves...

i think they would keep is quiet, then let a few people know, like naruto would tell iruka, and maybe kakashi and ya know close people, and then perhasp the whole village, depends on the doujishi i guess xp

i think that they would not nessary keep it a sercet, but only tell the people that they trusted, because it would be nobody elses business. if you get in a relationship, do you tell random people? plus i don't think they would be that lovy-dovy in public, so no one would really know unless they paid attention.

I think Sasuke would try to keep it a secret, for reasons already stated, and Naruto'd be like 'Well, what the hell are they gonna do about it? Someone else's opinion isn't going to kill this relationship. Hey everybody! I'm canoodling Sasuke! YEEEEEAH, go ahead and try to stop me!'

Yeah I see Sasuke wanting to hide it as well... its kinda hard to explain... he is just not one to show people his private life and emotions. Showing everyone that he is in a relationship with Naruto would be like wearing a neon sign that says "OMG I can freakin' Love. I have feelings. Who'd of thought." Corny yes but gets the point across.
As for Naruto he is straight forward with how he feels and would not care. He is not going to be dragged down because of what others think.
Yet I think Naruto would keep it a secret if Sasuke asked.

I thnk they'd both be reluctant to expose their relationship to the world, even though the fact they're pretty open when it comes to what they think of each other (at this point anyone with half an brain can tell Naruto's obsessed with getting Sasuke back, and most ninjas have more than half a brain). Even though they've matured some since the beginning of the series, they're still troubled adolescents... and more likely to strangle each other in public rather than verbally confess to anything of the romantic sort.

It's possible for both. Though if isn't a secert tell only those that they trust. Naruto maybe because either Sasuke will get a hard time from the villagers about reviving the clan. Sasuke might because Naruto might recieve a harder time himself,

XD I honestly can't see
Naruto doing that. Naruto hates the stare
and the things that the villagers do to him
just for having Kyuubi, so why would he
increase the villagers hate by having
the last Uchiha to carry on the Sharingan?

And then rumors spread and their relationship will no longer be a secret.

I think they would at first, because they both would want to, like Naruto doesn't want people bugging Sasuke about the whole 'REVIVE THE CLAN!' thing, and Sasuke doesn't want people to hate Naruto even more, for yet another stupid reason. Eventually, though, I think Sasuke's possessive side would win out and someone would go too far...like asking his little Naru-chan out...and he would snap. Probably start making out with him in front of everyone to prove that Naruto's his.
