The Tears Academy
Story
Years ago, there were a group of scientist that were meddling with human DNA. They found out that there were three animal DNA's that could be mixed with a human's at birth succesfully, meaning that they the genes didn't kill the baby. They were: cats, dogs, and birds. The one that they mixed most often were birds. Some of the babies would sprout wings, others sharp claws. Every time, the results were different. It was an interesting science and they thought of it as a game. The babies were taken away at birth, had their DNA mingled with an animal's and then they were kept in cages. One day, an experiment named Flight, escaped. She flew far away from the school, vowing to return and set the others free.
Upon escaping, she found a large mansion. She started renovating it and making new and improved. She found large rooms and small rooms. She decided that once she set the experiments free she would take them here. That is how the idea for a school got started. She turned some rooms into class rooms and other into student rooms. She transformed the run down mansion into a school. She even hired people to build dorms on the property, hiding her wings under a jacket, tightly furled behind her shoulder blades. When the school was finished, she set of for the lab to set the others free.
She got there and set all the other experiments free, but a scientist shot her. She crumpled to the ground, dying from the wound. She had told one person of the school, Velkan,. He was her love and was also fused with bird DNA. He picked her body up and escaped with her.
They flew over the forests that led to the school which was high in the mountains, led by Velkan and the dying Flight. When they got to the grounds, Welkan landed in a grassy meadow by the school building. He started to weep for Flight, his tears landing on the ground. Flight reached up and touched Velkan's cheek with her last breathe and then died in his arms. The buried her near that site in an elaborate coffin made mahogany wood and glass. Her body was laid in the coffin, one that would forever preserve her body, and then the coffin was placed onto a small stage like stand, for students to forever see the one that gave up her life for theirs.
A week after the funeral, Velkan visited the site and saw that flowers with tear shaped petals had grown on the ground where he had wept infront of the coffin.
Years after Velkan died and a new generation of Tear Childern, as they called themselves, were born, the flowers continued to flourish, honoring the sad death of Flight, the founder of the school.

6th - 7th: Sevon Classes. Math, Language Arts, Science, History, Art, and PE required. One electives.
8th - 12th: 12 classes. Math, Language Arts, Science, History, Fighting, Art, and PE required. Four electives.
College: 12 or more classes. Math, Language Arts, Science, History, Fighting, Art, and PE required. The classes taken are determined by job wanted. Five or more electives.
Dorms
Every dorm has a kitchen, 3 bathrooms (with the exception of the Main and Teacher Dorm), and a living room and every room except the kitchen and bathrooms have TV.

Dorm C - 7 Rooms Located on the 5th Floor
Dorm D - 11 Rooms Located in the Attic (7th Floor)

Dorm F - Located mear the grave of Flight
Dorm G - Located by Tears Creek
Dorm H - Located next to the main building on the west side

History: When Kurii was born, she was infused with the DNA of a feline, Maine Coon, to be exact. After the scientist took her, she was left in a cage, her human DNA and the feline DNA started to mix. She started to grow feline ears and a slightly bushy tail. Her hair was originally a darkish blonde, but over the years it faded, her eyes had finished forming slits; red-ish brown in color. Kurii though there was no more hope for herself, until she heard about a feathered being escaping. When she heard that, her hope started to rise. Soon she was rescued. She could finally start a new life at this new place.
Personality: Kurii's personality kind of depends on the mood of the moment. You could say she had major mood swings, but that only started occuring after she left that bad place, that's what she called it. But naturally she's curious about everything, always getting into trouble half the time.

A female was leaning casually against a lone tree, her light blonde hair blowing in the small breeze that went by. She was sporting a large brown sweater, with shorts on underneathe. Red-ish brown optics seemed to look everywhere, as to ovserve and put the information she finds in the back of her head, for later use. A small sigh came from her lips, her feline ears flickering some. The female's tail slightly curling around the tree. That was it. She was absolutely bored. With a small push, she stopped leaning on the tree. Hm..Where to. She thought, a bored look now plastered on her face.

Talon Downey stood in the middle of the ballroom. Teachers were bustling around getting the room ready for the winter ball. She watched happily as her parents, Skylar and James Downey, flew up to the ceiling to hang streamers. She stretched out her wings and leapt up into the air to join them. She took powerful down beats every so often to keep herself in the air in pretty much the same spots. "Hello mother, father."
"Oh! Hi deary...." Her mother said, looking up from her work. "Why don't you hang these up. From the middle of the ceiling to the walls... OK?" Her mother blindly handed her a small bundle of streamers.
Falcon took the streamers and pulled one out. She let it hang from her hand and she looked down. the end of the streamer almost touched the ground. She flew to the middle of the cieling where her parents were just a few seconds ago. right now they were flying to a space on the walls where they could attach the other end of the streamer to. Falcon stuck the end of the streamer to a large piece of tape attached to the ceiling in a rectangle. Talon held onto the streamer and started to fly out, away from the place where she had stuck the streamer to. She flew to the wall and grabbed a piece of tape stuck on the wall and used it to tape the end of the streamer to the wall right under the ceiling.
Falcon flew back to the middle of the ceiling and repeated the process. "I love winter break..." She sighed contentedly.

Her optics traveled to the mansion, this was where she is currently residing and getting her education, something she needed; even if she didn't think it was that important.
She watched figures of a few of the teachers walk from and to the large building, her head slightly tilting to the side. "Oh, that's right. The Winter Ball will be soon,"Kurii said to herself. The wind picked up, and started to toss her hair around some. Pulling her hands from the long sleeves of the sweater she slowly trotted towards the builing now. The snow on the ground kicking up onto her bare legs, but she wasn't effected by it. You could say it was a cat thing.
She reached the building in only a short ways. Upon running up the stairs, she started stomping the snow from her boots, that was on her feet. Once there was no more snow on her boots, she entered, slowly opening the door. After a moment, her stomach gave a small grumble. There was a satisfied feral-like grin on her face as she headed down a hallway. Her destination - the kitchen.

Xenos looked at the school,the wind blowing his clothes to the current.Xenos stood on a small hill,seeing the school was a couple of yards away."So this is the place mom talked about?It's only a few steps away..."Xenos said under his breath the wind blowing his word out of his lips.His silver/white hair covered his eyes,the pants he wore are lose,
but had a tight shirt,with a coat over him.He walk toward the Academy,
the wind blowing another direction,the cold wasn't new to him.Born and lived in a ice country didn't bother him he loved it,but he also like the warmth of a home.He had his hand in his pockets didn't want to get his finger numb.He'd reached the front doors of the school.He just stood there looking up at the grey sky.

Falcon sat in a corner of the room as the decroating continued. She sighed happily as she watched. The streamers were done and her parents were taking a break. As for Falcon, she was perfectly content to watch the ballroom take shape. Everything was done in shades of blue and purple for winter. Several Christmas trees stood aroun the room, decorated with small, fake ice crystals. Falcon giggled as she watched. She stood up and decided to go back to her dorm to design and sew her ball dress. She frowned, she didn't have a date yet. None the less, she would be attending the annual winter ball. She had never dated any boys. She walked down hallway towards the front door.
Her boots clicked against the mahogany floor boards of the hall. She made it to the front door and opened it up to see Xenos. "Oh!" She smiled gently at Xenos. "Hi Xenos. You coming in?"

Xenos looked ahead what was infront of him,there was Falcon.
"Hey,umm yeah i'll come in."He had a small smile on his face.Before he walked into the school he stomped his feet onto the ground so he wouldn't bring much snow inside.When Xenos walked in,he looked around,then up at the cieling.Seeing Christmas scenery he closed his eyes and smiled looking up."It's nice."He looked back at Falcon,he moved his hair out of his eyes."Where you heading out?"Xenos said to Falcon.
