This idea originally came from Kylie Chan's Dark Heavens series. Much of this idea goes to her. Go Kylie!

The year is 2007. Guangzhou is a thriving port town near Hong Kong. Everything seems to be normal there. But everything is not as it seems.
Guangzhou has become a centre point for the demons of china, who have begun to attack unsuspecting humans in the hope of drawing their foe out into the open.

On the outskirts lives a wealthy young man with his tamed demon servants. He appears to be a normal man. He is really the white tiger of the West, the only guardian still able to traverse the mortal plane. He is there on behalf of the Emperor, who also unable to visit the mortal plane, wants to protect his children, the people of China. Therefore he sent Bai Hu to train up warriors so that the children could defend themselves.
However, Bai Hu is very weak. He must keep returning to his celestial kingdom and his true form (a tiger) to replenish his energy. This leaves his students without protection, for none of them are ready to face any demons higher than level ten, but for his retainer. They (Bai Hu and his retainer) must train the others to a level where they can protect themselves, because increasingly more powerful demons are entering the streets, causing havoc wherever they go.

All students are taught martial arts. Demons can not be hurt by guns.

Bai Hu: (Note that Bai, although he is a god, is very weak currently, and therefore cannot use many of his abilities. For instance, he cannot transform into his true form because he has stayed on earth for too long, and once he did he would be forced to stay in it for many years. His power to manipulate metal is also greatly reduced. He can destroy any demon though up to about level 40 barehanded, level 60 with a weapon. He can use chi. If he were to love someone, he could not touch them because he would drain all their chi and kill them. His weapon is a white katana.)

Retainer: (Can destroy up to level 30 with barehands, level 40 with a weapon. Cannot use chi.)

For all other characters i will tell you what level you can beat, and whether you can use chi or not. Most of you will not be able to use chi.

Appearance: Sameya is 5'8" and slender. She has long, black hair that reaches her waist, and green eyes. She has the chocolatey skin of her chinese father, but her main features she has are her mothers, although her eyes have a slight slant to them, and she has her father's proud nose.
Sameya tends to wear whatever is comfortable, has no fashion sense, and is often seen with holes in her clothes. She almost never wears skirts, dresses or jeans, prefering slacks or trackpants and an old tshirt.
Personality: Sameya is a kind, compassionate soul, who is particularly loyal to her master (Bai Hu), and to her friends in the academy. She loves martial arts and wants to stop the demons from hurting others. She has a particularly strange sense of humor, and is rather like a child when she is amazed.
Bio: Sameya was born in China and moved to Italy when she was 5. She grew up with an interest in martial arts, and has just recently moved to China to pursue this interest. She met Bai Hu, who noticed her passion for the arts and recruited her.

Name: Lethander Nathaniel

Age: 15

Gender: Male

Marital Status: Single

Weapon: Dual short katana's, melee gauntlet's and feet wraps which he caries under his shoes all the time.

Nationality: Norvegian/Lithuanian

Appearance: He is tall 1.98 metres in height and slim built.He has his long hair fall to his shoulders and keeps it from his eyes with a black bandana.He wears casual clothes and makes certain that they dont bind.Especialy his jeans.He always wears his t-shirt and jacket.Some say he has many shirts and jackets of identical design because he always wears one outfit and its always clean.

Nathaniel with his casual gear.His gloves are in the pack but he wont have time to get the hand wraps ready.He cannot carry his swords arround town all the time so he leaves them behind when going out casualy.

Natheniel with his preffered battle gear.Naturaly unless its a called challenge he rarely gets to prepare this well.

Personality: He is fun and hyper although sometimes he does get lazy.He is friendly and loyal to the end.Very mature for a 15 year old.Quite a smartass but can be very serious and wise if the situation calls for it.

Bio: His father was Norvegian and left him when Nathaniel was 8.He grew up for most of his time in Lithuania and can speak fluently in enlish lithuanian and norvegian.He knows litle chinese but knows a lot about the culture.
Other: He has good forearm and shoulder strenght as well as good agility.He is slightly lacking in runing speed and endurance.
