I want to have a serious, informal, and mature debate... I really don't want this to turn into a fight Ahem... I'll start I don't like bishie's. They are just setting a standard of handsomeness that normal guys like us can't live up to... don't yell at me for being a sexist and that women have it worse... I'm just saying the street goes both ways, and the problem exists for guys too

lol...well I love anime people and I understand your point of view but your in love with a girl who looks like an anime character so...*shrugs*...well anyway there not real...I love fictional boys and who can blame me.... but i don't expect men in real life to look like them.....lol.... 4laugh

Hrm.. I don't necessarily agree with them being too attractive.
Theres definitely a HUGE gap between people, and animated characters, whether they be anime or saturday morning cartoons.
And thats just all they are.... cartoons. Nothing to live up to, nothing to compare yourselves to.

It doesn't effect me in the least bit, personally.
It effects some, BUT... that isn't because of anime.
Man's obsession, (man meaning our race, because it's a male and female thing) with large breasts has been there way before anime. Waaay before anime. And the thing that adds fuel to the fire isn't anime to begin with, because I would say 70% of people don't watch it, it's pornstars, models, etc.

i pretty much dont see anime characters being attractive at all because yeah seans right they are cartoons...id much rather spend my time going after someone in the real world
