Some Japense:

Gomen(nasai): I'm sorry. (sort of childish)-nasai makes it more polite.
Sumimasen: Excuse me. (It has multiple uses but we usually use it apologetically)
(domo) Arigatou(gozaimasu): Thank you! (very much) +domo makes it very formal. Just arigatou is casual.
Ohayo(gozaimasu): Good morning! (+gozai... formal)
Konnichiha: (ha is said 'wa' here) Means hello.
Konbonwa: Good evening.
Oyasumi(nasai): Good night! (+nasai = formal)
Kirei: pretty
Kawaii: cute
Titles
Some of us here are anime/manga... geeks, if you will. So we use titles a lot...
-san: Mr./Mrs./Ms./Miss; polite
-sama: More respectful form of -san. Confers great respect.
-dono: Comes from "-tono" which means "lord." Even more respectful than -sama. Confers utmost respect.
-kun: Used as an endearment or to express familiarity. For boys. (Sometimes girls, but not technically) (Sometimes used by men among friends, or when addressing someone younger/of lower station)
-chan: Endearment, mostly for girls. Also used for little boys, pets, and according to Tsubasa is used among lovers. o.0
-bozu: Casual way to refer to a boy. Equivalent of English's "kid" or "squirt". (Assuming it can also be used for girls, but not technically is, like -kun)
-sem/npai: Upperclassman or someone who has seniority in a workplace. (We usually say senpai with the 'n' here)
-kohai: Opposite of senpai. Underclassman, or someone less experienced/newer in a workplace.
-sensei: "one who has come before". Used for teachers, doctors, or anyone who is a master in their profession or art.
-baka: Moron, idiot. (adj. = stupid)
-baka hentai: Stupid pervert
