Its a good start but rather plain
the chain of command might help with the silver to balance it out. I would like to see more black by your feet, maybe bigger boots, or the demonic anklets might work.

7/10 I want that scarf xD. No really. I'm not a fan of all that red. Maybe somthing a less... I don't know, I wanna' say powerful... Ok that works. maybe a less "powerful" color next time. It can be a little hard to look at for long periods of time. I'm pretty sure red dyes are cheep too but I may be thinking of blue though... I'm not sure. Purple is a good rich/royal color if that's what your going for.

8/10 The buck teeth and the bunny ears are good for a cutsie style, but I think you're looking more gangsta. Not bad though.
