Rank 10: Master 12500 experience
Rank 11: Kage 15000 experience (there can only be two at a time so if one dies or gives up his title then the next highest gets the rank)

Um... Hokage litterally means "Fire Shadow" maybe it should be changed to Kage as the Hokage is the leader of the Konoha, the village of fire. Just a suggestion, your free to delete when your done. Also, it may not be a bad idea to change the Hokage rank to a new rank like shinobi or something and leave the kage as a special rank for the person with the highest exp. Just more ideas.
