Welcome to Gaia! ::

UPDATE: 5/19/07

NEW SUBFORUM?

There is now enough gold in our account to create a new subforum. What does everyone want? I was thinking a chatroom, so people that are on can talk to each other directly, about anything, without PMing (which takes longer). Post your ideas below. They will not be ignored, and the earlier you post your ideas, the more people will see your interests to agree or disagree with you.

Also, we are close to being able to buy a second subforum. I'll pitch in the rest of the cost for one if another idea is chosen OR if two ideas for the subforum are liked.

Issues with Explosm

The Explosm! subforum is being neglected, since Mad Kenshin Jr.'s computer is acting up and preventing him from constantly updating the daily comics (sorry man! crying ). If anyone wants to take over for him and post the new Explosm Daily Comic EVERY DAY, I'll make you a moderator (if you keep it up). That's how important these comics are (but not really). If you want the position, post so here.

1,000 Posts and Party

We reached 1,000 posts on 4/5/07!! Great job, everyone! To celebrate, I will be having an all-day party at my Gaia House on April 13, 2007. You can see it now if you want, but that's NOT how it will look on the 13th! Any decorating ideas? You guessed it...post them here.

OUR GUILD RANK

On GaiaOnline, there are 23,109 guilds, as of 4/6/07.

TOTAL: 23,109
OUR RANK: 1,491
That means we're beating 93.5% of all guilds on Gaia in terms of membership and post count! Yay!! (We're in the top 10% of Gaia guilds. That makes me feel good.)

Subforum Changes

If you haven't noticed yet, I changed the Billboard subforum to a photo / video album. That way, our Main Menu is more organized, and the Randompalooza (which now holds the ads from the Billboard subforum) is more ... random! There is still a new subforum to be made, however, as the number of subforums we have is still the same.

MONTHLY GOALS

On the homepage is a list of monthly goals. These items are things we should shoot for by certain dates, in this case, by the end of June. We can start off with small goals, and work up to larger ones as we become more successful. For now, our goal is to reach 320 members and 1400 posts (not too hard for a month). The moderators can handle the member issue, but we need everyone's help to reach 1400 posts! Good luck everyone!

IF I'm forgetting anything, I'll edit this post later. Until then, keep posting, keep gaming, and I'll see you at the next party! (Date pending)

now, what to spend it on...
