i don't know how to get all this cool stuff every one else has and it's not in the shops are they all bought collectibles?

What are the names of these items that you want? If you know the names then I suggest going to tektek.org. They have an item search engine there that is very useful. 3nodding

You get the collectibles from donating money to gaia IRL. Stuff like Cloud and Dark Halo. Other items appear on the site when certain events happen (like the Gaian anniversary a year or so back gave people who posted in the Events forum free stuff like G-shades).. you can find collectibles and other items that aren't available in shops in the Marketplace, if you can't donate or can't work out how to get the random event items that sometimes pop up. If in doubt, like someone said, tektek.org is Great.

Those are called collectables. People get them for donating to Gaia, or by buying sealed envelopes in the marketplace.

You can always buy collectables in the marketplace, but they do tend to inflate. So buy cheap in the beginning. They might make you gold.
