If you mean like a real lottery, we could do that (for a nominal fee), but everyone that picks the correct number gets the same prize (a big one, like a recovery set, pokeball set, or stone set).

Anyway, I was thinking of something like a daily trivia Question posted by a vice captain or shirog79, where everyone that picks the correct answer gets the same prize (a small one, like a poke ball, super potion or evolution stone).
