Rules And Guidelines
Recreated by arbhor, these rules and guidelines are in accordance to the Gaian TOS, if any statements contradict ours, the Gaian TOS automatically overrules that rule and ours must be edited to show it. We have to right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason. If you have reason to believe you have been unfairly banned, please discuss it with "

arrow Minor Offense
Ten minor offense will result in a ban. Minor offenses are small rules, not truly meant to 'hurt' or 'offend' anyone, but still contradict our rules. They will be noted by a moderator posting
A1. Spam
Spam outside the 'SN Chatterbox' subforum is prohibited.
Stupid
Pointless
and
Meaningless post are not allowed here. The post 'BUMP' is for bringing up my post, which is NOT NEEDED. Repeat topics are also considered spam
A2. OverCurse
Using explicit language repeatably is not needed and considered a offense. This does not mean use can't use language, just use it sparingly.
A3. Annoyance
Do not harass a user, crew or mod. Don't spam our members or come at their threads when you are not wanted.
A4. Thread Misplacements
Thread placements that are obviously in the wrong forum (Roleplaying in the A+P. Etc.) are not allowed. Debatable topics or ones that are moved in mass, are not considered misplaced.
A5. Begging (Annoyance II)
Do not request Gaia gold directly to another user. The Quest/Charity/Lotteries forum, or the Quest/Charities forum on gaia is the place for that
A6. Personal Information
Do NOT distribute personal information of another user in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, names, schools, addresses, and so on. This is borderline Major Offense
A7. False Reports
Do not make false reports

Offenses that cause a disruption or bad process. Depending on the seriousness, you may get three strikes or an immediate ban from the guild. These offenses will be deleted and you will get a PM notice from one of our mods.
B1. Flaming/Harassment
We do NOT tolerate flaming what so ever. If your post is viewed as obviously offensive we will act immediately.
B2. Sticky/Announcement Postings
Do not post in stickies or announcements unless stated otherwise (ones that are marked clearly, Open For Discussion). Most will be locked only open to mods, but please don't post unless asked for.
wahmbulance Severe Offenses
These offenses are severe and in violation of the
Gaia TOS. These will get you an immediate ban from the guild, the delete of your post and an immediate reference to a Gaia Online Moderator whom will deal with your violation.
C1. Flaming/Harassment II
Serious Harassment that is cruel and harmful to a user

Threating a users security online, or off is extremely serious and must be dealt with
C3. Cybering/'Cyber Sex'
Engaging in cyber sex is very serious, we CANNOT advice you to 'take it to PMs' for that is illegal to. Any report of that will be dealt with. Roleplays that that involve sexual nature are also not allowed.
C4. Serious Violation Of TOS
Other violations that aren't mentioned in this handbook are still offenses! Please practise restrain and respect.
