So today was Anja's first time at the beach. She had a BLAST! Kinda thought that she'd be at least a little scared of the giant moving water that surely would swallow up a toddler, but nope! She LOOOOOOOVVVVEEEDDD it, adored it, could not get enough! And when the waves grew a little stronger, she only loved it more. I think next time, we may go into the water where I'd be normally up to my waist, instead of only to my knees hehehe.

I need to go to bed before I pass out, she wore me out!! but I'll put up some of the photos and captions after I wake up in the morning.

Aww! I wish I took pictures of Alora when we went to the beach the first time..You're so lucky your little one liked the beach, mine absolutely hated it. Can't wait to see the pictures!

waiting anxiously for the pics to appear.... smile I remember the first time I took my oldest to the Beach..... Whenever the water came near him he would run away from it... I think he thought it was goign to get him... LOL

lol, I had to keep chasing her to keep her on the sand when it stated to get too chilly and rough - she kept running to the water. Fortunately, the sand is loose and had to walk on, so she kept falling making it easy for me to catch up with her. blaugh heart

Hehe, that is great that Anja had so much fun!
I almost went to the beach with Rhea about a month ago, but I got sick and we couldn't go. Oh well, we will get to go soon enough. The beach isn't too far from here.

woot! I may scan in the ones of me and her.. I don't have them on my cam, so all I have are the ones I printed... and the one I really like is already in a collage frame, and that freaking this pissed me off so much, I'm not taking it apart again..... stressed lol. there's one of me holding her, and my tummy's hanging out, and that's all I can see in it... I hate it..... and she's blinking, so it's not great... and the other one is us at the water... well, her and my leg, lol... blaugh

She definately looked like she had a boatload of fun...LOL and she is just too cute!!! YOu know what we should do... is a caption contest... Every week a different person posts a pic of their child and then everyone sends in their caption and we all vote on our favorite...LOL then that way if we have a caption block happening then we can still get a great caption for our favorite pics and we can come up with a prize for the best caption..LOL Anyways it was worth the wait for the pics!!!

She is too cute! My two youngest have never been to a beach. We live in Illinois, but there are a few "beaches" around. I need to take them to one, but I will NOT wear a swim suit. rofl

awww she looks like she is having so much fun, My son loved the beach right from a very young age, I still cant keep him away lol he would be a beach bum if I did not make him get his first job lol.
