It has been well over a year since the fall of Oogie Boogie, and Santa has since come to forgive Jack's actions last year, enough so that both holiday worlds freely interact with one another. Before long, the other worlds followed their example, and this vast integration has greatly expanded all of their respective holidays.
But as wonderful as life throughout the Hinterlands has become, it may soon take a turn for the worse. Jack has been receiving disturbing threats from an unknown sender, leaving much of the town, including Sally, fearing that the worst is soon to come. Although an elite team has been formed from various concerned civilians to help with these dark days, the threats have grown more and more violent, and only one thing is for sure: if this traitor is not unmasked soon, the horror that Jack and Santa have worked so hard to put behind them will return, except this time no holiday will be spared its wrath.

She mostly walks around at night and is somewhat like the nighttime protector of the streets of Halloween town.

Personality: Reserved and ladylike, not necessarily shy, more like withdrawn.
Bio: Raised only by her mother's side of the family, it is unclear to Lysandra where her father is or even if he is still alive now. However, it was very clear since the day of her birth that her father was not a warlock, as Lysandra is fairly beautiful compared to the typical pure-blood witch. Indeed, the only sign that she even had a father was his sword, the Namarra, which Lysandra will almost always have on her person nowadays.
More recently she has learned that her father was a drakon: a humanlike race descended from dragons rather than primates. However, drakons are not typically very fond of other races, so the circumstances surrounding her birth are still very obscure.
Other: Also unlike the usual witch, Lysandra's familiar is a white cat rather than a black one, and Avalon (the cat) follows her almost everywhere.

Bio: A student of Cupid, Flora was an avid explorer of the other holidays since her youth. Though she used to generally avoid Halloween Town, she became quickly fascinated with Jack and Sally's romance together, and she visited them often. When Jack began receiving the threats against him and Sally, Flora was one of the first to offer her services to the case, unwilling to let such a sweet couple be torn apart.

Bio: Daughter of the holiday leader of April Fools Town, Jo-Jo was naturally one of a kind when it came to playing tricks and making mischief. But to her, pranking was all too easy to do in a world that revolved around it, and she has decided to test her skills as a master prankster in other worlds. She is currently an exchange student in Halloween Town.

Personality: Coy and feminine in many ways, but not nearly as playful as Jo-Jo is.
Bio: Lysandra's half-sister, Mildred appears to be somewhat fond of her, even calling her 'Lyssi', although they don't always get to see each other. Nowadays, Mildred has made a lucrative business for herself in making potions, sometimes selling her own brews to their mother's shop whenever the usual ingredients are hard to find.
Other: Recent evidence suggests that Mildred may be acquiring her potion ingredients illegally, though nothing has yet been confirmed.
Name: Professor Albert Van Dietz

Appearance:
Personality: Ordinarily he's very calm and fatherly, but he can become very temperamental at times.
Bio: A colleague of Dr. Finklestein's, Professor Van Dietz's most recent project was a special elixir with which the average ghoul could increase their scare factor exponentially. But many ghouls did not respond well to the potion, and in response Jack confiscated the original patent and all research involving the experiment.
Other: How well Van Dietz took the confiscation is unclear. The man himself says that while he was very upset at first, he came to realize that Jack was right to take his experiment, and thus he did not hold a grudge against Jack. However, this has never been conclusively proven.

Bio: The only thing known of he's past are rumors such as that he used to work for Oogie, his father was a fire demon and his mother a vampire, and that he has a crush on Sally. Proof of any of these has not been found, unless you count the glare of pure hatred he gives Jack, especially when he and Sally are together.
