Alright, I'll make the first post. As a new mod, I have recently tackled the following issues:
-Too many stickies!
I have removed some of the threads from the sticky list. Now, the sticky list is consisted of only UFFG threads [threads specifically concerning UFFG matters]. Any regular FF threads have been bumped down, yet I have not deleted them [They are still there, dont' kill me!].
-How many bars do we have now?
I have selected the most popular bar [the one with the most posts] to be our bar. I don't think we need more than one bar/cafe/etc in the UFFG. The other bars/cafes/etc have been locked.
-New threads.
I just created this thread...and I will create others. It seems we are in need of a General discussion thread [to prevent other threads from going off-topic] and a Chatroom [to let people release their craziness, to help with spam in other threads]. Still working on it..
And, that's about it - in addition to some extra locking and such. If you are against with what I have done, I will be happy to change it back... [I have not deleted anything yet] I just want this guild to be more organized, less random. 3nodding
Hope you guys like the changes I made, if not - as I said before, I'm happy to negotiate... 3nodding

Nice job Yami! i would have done this... except i had and still do have my hands full with the cleaning of the memberlist.. i've Pm'ed the users with under 10 posts who have been inactive.. and put them on my note pad list.. then i'll move onto the members with 10 or more posts who have been inactive.. all going well i should hopefully be finished by the end of the week... if not the next week. And then we'll be ready for the christmass event... of course as we get closer to the time of the event i'll probablly Pm everyone with a reminder of the christmass event. Keep up the good work Team!

I have been talking to him about the one he made and he is going to spiff it up abit. Then I was thinking that is they post and/or donate a serton about I can draw a portate of them on the ID. 3nodding

AlkseeyaKC yeah that could work. That would be more fun and get some people posting. 3nodding I think it's a good idea. Well Yami thought that they should cost gold becuse thouse whol really want's them or relly loves the guild would buy one what do you guy's think of that though?
