tWG's guest colorists are not 'official' staff per se, in the sense that they color only when they want to, supplying me with adult FS/event errais on, basically, a random basis (that, and they don't do beat-downs for me XD). Whether the errais are sold via flatsale or auction or raffle, the colorist gets every penny made on their colorings. I do not take a cut, but I still do all the certing/management-ly stuff.

In addition, they may color errais for themselves or friends pretty much whenever they want (so long as they continue to do regular/random work as well), as long as they pay me half custom price.

I will consider new guest colorists, so you're welcome to send me a PM on the mule, Meepfeather, and ask. Please provide samples. I also prefer that I already know you, preferably personally but by reputation is also fine.
