Welcome to the first ever Combustion Room lottery. I would like to thank Baron von Turkeypants for the idea.
Heres how this works, everyone will have a chance to buy lottery tickets. There will be either no cap on how many you can buy, for now at least.
Then in a later post I will post your numbers, how many tickets you bought, total number of tickets sold, etc. The selling of tickets will last for a week or two, maye more depending on if anyone is buying any. Then, when it is time, I will use a random number generator to determine the winner. The winner will get 90% of the total ticket sales, the other 10% will be donated directly to the guild (so that we can get shiny new subforums, guildhalls, etc).
Also note, that because Gaia's random number generator seems to not be exactly fair and focuses mostly on the middle numbers of the set, I will be using a Ti-83 graphing calculator to do the random number generator.

As always, both the regular forum rules, the subforum rules, and gaias ToS all apply. I know that we are all good boys and girls that would never do anything like cybering in a forum, flaming, cussing, or anyhting else innapropriate (hehehe that was subtle).
Alright the price per ticket will be 5g. There will be a cap of 100 tickets. That means that you may buy up to 100 tickets at 5g each.
To buy tickets send me a trade labeled "Lotto: #tickets" Where #=the number of tickets you want to purchase.
I will probably be making a mule account just for the lottery, that way I don't accidently spend some of the prize money.STILL NOT OPEN YET!

Alrighty, go ahead and discuss the ticket price and if there should be a cap on how many tickets you should buy. I will look forward to seeing you all in two weeks when I get back biggrin

Alright guys I'm back biggrin
Hmm, I was expecting a better turnout, maybe I'll let it run a bit longer and then we'll see.
So far it looks liek its going to be 5g a ticket and you can buy as many as you want.
And you get 5 and I get 15 because that was what my random numbery brain decided razz
