This here document assure the friendship between Akatsuki & Konoha that in time of battle each side shall help each other. And that if the treaty is broken by one side that side must give up their land and belongings...and vice versa.

Namae grins wide- a mouth full of demonic fangs that threatened to spill from her lips- "Hokage-san, you well know the mission of the Akatsuki. I'm afraid that this treaty, no mater what you want or would like- is unable to meet our requests, unless, by that chance- you are willing to Sacrifice yourself for Konohagakure No Sssato."
She smiled and turned her back, "Unless that is the case, Hyuuga-sama, I'm afraid that I can not sign. Our mission is to rule all of this world- If you will not allow yourself to be sealed- or if you do not join Akatsuki- we will stay on course to attack you. If that is your wish- to continue war- then we shall continue it in the Xroads between our villages."
She turned to smile at the four, a decivingly coy face- then melted into air- littering the floor with green blue feathers "Good day- Konohagakure. No. Sssato."

Kohana slightly crept in when Namae left, then grabbed the pen and signed it. "...I'm only doing this for one person who lives in the Leaf Village that seems special to me; who has convinced me otherwise to do this, even though this person has not spoken very much to me." Kohana said quietly.
"May by signing this, even though Namae's words are true, may I, The Ominous, alone not harm the Leaf Village." Kohana said, then put the pen back down, and headed toward the door. "But! If this action is to be found out by any other Akatsuki member, then whatever becomes of me will be under Konoha's fault. In other words, if an Akatsuki member finds out I signed this and they kill me, it will be considered to the Akatsuki that my death was caused by the Leaf Village, and they will have whatever right against peace, if that is what they wish." she added, then left.

Perched above the hokages office, Namae shakes her head, 'Kohana's becoming rather... against orders these days... mmm?' Her hand lightly taps her middle sword- the katana- something that showed how rageful she was starting to become. 'Ano, wakarimasu,(Though I understand) there's someone here that she fairs well with.'

*Finally reappears.* I hear we are having a peace treaty signing. As head of the Anbu Black Ops. I will sign in hopes that the travesty that has befallen us does not happen again.*signs it*

As Kohana was leaving, from the corner of her eye she noticed Makenshi. She truned around to only glance at him. She said absolutely nothing, but only watched him. Then she snapped out of it. ... Your death is more important than mine... What the heck? Man, something's really gotten to me to make me do something as foolish as to disobey an Akatsuki order, Kohana thought, and mentally kicked herself. She turned back around and headed out of Konohagakure.

Namae smiled lightly, normally, 'He's the one' Lightly she made a partial tori symbol with her hand and allowed herself to be blown as feathers away from the Hokages office by the wind. 'He's the one who's distracting Kohana-chan...mmmmmmmm.... time to take care of that distraction....'
