The Kage seeing his potential had him trained vigorously until he had mastered his jutsus. Roku was supposed to take on the role of Kage but declined only wanted to be it's protector.Is most often seen wearing an Anbu mask to hide his identity.
Jutsus:
Ninjutsu
Freezing breath~similar to the fire flower jutsu only this is capable of freezing an opponent during extended use.
Ice Pillar~ combines earth and ice to attack the opponent using a pillar (thus the name) from underneath
Syncroblast~ Air waves contracted from fists to prevent opponent from being able to use their body.
Hurricane~ kind of self explanatory
Twin Fang~ requires two kunai and a fair amount of chakra. Combining both increases the size of the kunai making an easy at hand weapon.
Pulse blast~ similar to 32 palm strike but uses sound waves to increase damage by 40%
Dark wind~ Combines wind and a common shurikan to collect something equal to a twister
Ice blast~ kunais created by ice
Poisen thread~ Chakra threads covered in thin layer of poisen
Taijutsu~
Subzero ice punch~ covering fists in a thick layer of ice
Darkside quake~ Taijutsu that crumbles the ground
Ice winder~similar to leaf whirlwind only wind surrounding this attack is thick with ice shards
