Personality: Konoe embodies the wind, as implied in multiple adventures, and is described as such. He is noted for being free-spirited and adventurous, and cherishes his freedom to live as he wants above all else. He is extremely impatient and will often jump into situations without thinking, and his confidence is unshakable, even in the most dire circumstances. Though he dislikes slow moving things and tears, the only thing Konoe truly hates is oppression. Konoe has a tendency to talk too much (Or not at all) — to the point where people may start ignoring him. He dislikes thick headed people as well as stupid people.

Record and Background: Once living in the Village hidden in Smoke, Konoe’s father died before he was born, living him to live with his mother and two childhood friends; Ai and Ryo. One day a mysterious letter arrives at Ai's door. Her father, who lives elsewhere in the world, wants to see her immediately. Later that very same day, strange men in black clothes arrive at the town and whisked Ai away, before she can even say her goodbyes. Fully expecting her to return soon, Konoe and Ryo continue with life. After several months of not seeing Ai, Konoe became extremely worried. Soon after Ryo was killed on a routine escort mission, leaving Konoe to search for Ai alone, he mother died soon after in a riot in the Village hidden in Smoke. As Konoe wondered through the world he was almost killed by Rogue ninjas. Soon he was found by a group of ninja from a close by village of Konohagakure. they took him in and nursed him back to full health, but while healing his memory was damaged and his memories where mostly erased except three things: His name, Ai's name, and his mother's face.

Effects: Allows user to change their their appearance. Upon taking a blow the user reverts back to normal. If this person turns into an ally or something of that sort, both are given the same benefits as a single Bunshin. Upon a close miss(1%-5%), the corresponding target is hit instead. If transformed into a weapon, the user takes on all the characteristics of the weapon, except any special effects.
Description: Bending light and changing their form with it, a ninja performs a basic transformation.
