Age: 34
Time in Nexus: 7 years
Species: Human, or close enough that you can't tell the difference.
Description: Average height. brown eyes. longish hair that seems green-white.
Background: Was a very powerful mage, but got kicked out when she became corrupt by a small group of other mages. She used to spend most of her time in Nexus plotting her return, but lately all she has been doing is throwing things through an inter-dimensional portal at various important people in her old world.
I'll add more to this later, but I figured I should post something.
Friends/Relationships/Enemies/Etc: Knows of Myra and her shop, has even stopped in a couple of times, but their only acquaintances.

A young dragon recently acquired from a large dragon training/breeding house. Apparently, there was some issue with him "Not quite fitting in with the others..."
... Some people. I'm sure he'll be just fine here.

The House
For someone who is new to Nexus, Tarin has done quite well for herself. Perhaps that's because of the huge amount of stolen gold she transported with her into Nexus...
Anyways, She has been living for the majority of her stay in Nexus in the same house, a nice, comfortable, 6-bedroom house in one of the most sought after areas of the city. She calls it 'comfortable' but most people call it 'huge'.
The upkeep bills have recently been on the rise, due to one Mr. Smiles, who seems to think it's his job to test the breakability of everything in it...
Wargh, I know this isn't a good description, but I can't think about what sorta style her house would be in yet...

Journal Entry One:
I've not been busy lately. Nexus is getting to my head, I suppose, because yesterday I went out and got a dragon from the house down the street. Apparently they train them and put them into competitions. Whatever, but the head of the house did seem to ramble on for quite a while. Maybe I'll try racing sometime...
Anyways, my new dragon is called Mr. Smiles. Well, that's not his real name, his real name is Clive, but ever since he hatched people, and the other dragons, have been calling him that, and it seems to have stuck. He doesn't pay attention in less I call him that. I guess he's called that because of the smiley shaped mark on his back leg.
It was odd, but the trainers at the place where I got Mr. Smiles seemed almost glad to see him out of there. I over heard two of them talking about how he “Just didn't act like a normal hatchling...” Keh, like that's going to stop me.
Entry Two:
That. Stupid. Dragon.
I can't believe it! I just went out to get some groceries, and as soon as I came back I found Mr. Smiles in the living room. On one of the chairs. The Brand-New leather chairs. The Brand-New, now ruined by him chairs. He managed to completely scratch through the leather seats of all of them!
As I write this, he is still on one of those chairs, staring at me. I tried to remove him from it, I even turned the chair upside down, but he just dug his claws in. The chair is still upside down, and I think he'll be off it in another couple of minutes, the blood is rushing to his head. That's what you get for ruining my new chairs. Stupid dragon.
.... I like him. He's got spunk.

Playdates, tournaments with plot that I participated in, interactions with my characters, etc...) This is my first time setting up a journal, so I'm not sure if this is a usual thing, but it makes sense to me. 3nodding
