I'm thinking of settling down to just one avvie. So I got together with a friend and designed semi-matching avvies for us. The above is mine. Below is his:

TekTek doesn't get all the layering right on his (a lot of the stuff that isn't visible would be on Gaia) but I was wondering what you guys thought of them.
(I'm an AT whore, so I'm OCD about my avvie. I change it almost daily, if you haven't noticed. However, I got tired of being creative, so I'm going to keep one design)

Seeing as how you've already changed your avatar, I don't know how much use my opinion will be to you, but I'm going to give it to you anyway, so here goes:
Regarding the first avatar (yours), it looks very nice. Although the black skirt is a little weird on a male avatar, you pulled it off nicely. And the shoes look really nifty. It's a nice look to stick with. In the second avatar (your friend's), I don't know why, but it feels like something is missing; I just can't figure out what. Overall, though, it looks really good. The gold in the shirt is a nice accent. You both did the whole "semi-matching" thing very well.
Weird....I sound like a really fashion-oriented person...

I think the missing thing is that the head on the first (mine) is bulkier than the second, thus giving them that slightly-off feeling. But yeah, I see where you're coming from.

That's probably it. Either way, both avatar's look really cool.
