Okay, this'll be for explaining the force powers available to players, as well as the system for in-battle use of the force. It might be a little different than what people are used to, because I was thinking that we would only use the Force Points system when involved in a duel, where the stress would tax the character heavily.

Core Powers The Core Powers are the basis of all future lessons in the force. Every Padawan or Initiate has mastered all of these techniques.
Telepathy Telepathy is the ability of a Force user to send a "mental message" over long distances, to another Force sensitive individual. The distance over which a message can be sent increases with the skill of the user.
Force Pull Force Pull is used to bring a target closer to the user. It is more powerful, but less controlled, than Telekinesis.
Force Push Force Push is used to hurl a target away from the user. It is more powerful, but less controlled, than Telekinesis.
Force Jump Force Jump is a power that uses the Force as a springboard, essentially shoving the user off of whatever they are standing on. It is often used in form IV of lightsaber combat. It is especially powerful when combined with Force Speed.
Force Speed Force Speed varies with its implementation. It can be used to actually increase the speed of the user, allowing for superhuman sprints. It is also used to actually slow down time around the user, improving his reflexes and quickening his movements, to an outside observer.
Force Sense Force Sense is the ability that allows a user to identify other presences in the Force. When the presence is strong enough, such as a very powerful Jedi Master, the user, depending on skill, may be able to detect its location with some degree of accuracy. It also heightens the users awareness of "disturbances in the force," including mass deaths or extremely stron force power usage.

Universal
Universal powers were generic Force techniques which were associated with neither side of the Force. Almost all Core powers also qualified as Universal powers, but many of them were uncommon and not an integral part of basic Jedi training. Telekenesis Telekinesis is the manipulation of objects through use of the Force. As opposed to Force Pull and Force Push, Telekinesis produces controlled movement, not a burst. Because the weight of objects only exists within the users mind, further training and concentration can make this ability nearly limitless.
Force Sight Force seeing allows the user to perceive his surroundings by use of the force, rather than light. The Mirulaka race used this method exclusively, beind naturally blind.
Force Emphathy
Force Empathy was a Force power related to Force Sense, but involving picking up impressions and traces of information about the object touched and the events that have surrounded it. The Kiffar were able to use this power, and, particularly, Quinlan Vos was skilled with its use.
Master Yoda exhibited Force Empathy during the Battle of Geonosis while sensing the tension between Obi-Wan and Anakin during their pursuit of Count Dooku. The argument between the two resulted from Padmé's fall from an LAAT gunship. After experiencing the situation from afar, Master Yoda decided to intervene.
Years later, Luke's infant son, Ben Skywalker was able to use Force Empathy and as a result Ben shyed away from the Force.
Farseeing
Farseeing or far sight is the ability to gain vague impressions of events happening in other places or times using the Force. These visions focus on strong imagery and emotions. The future is always in motion, however, and is thus subject to change. Jedi and Sith skilled in this technique are capable of detecting when friends and apprentices are in danger, examining details of past events, and predicting the probable outcome of a stated course of action.
Palpatine used this skill to learn that Darth Vader was in danger, after his fight with Jedi Master Yoda. He also used it to set his traps for the Jedi keeping himself several steps ahead.
One of the first Force powers Yoda taught to the young Luke Skywalker was farseeing. He used this ability to sense that his friends were in danger on Bespin. Despite the advice of Yoda and the Force ghost of Obi-Wan Kenobi, he decided to intervene.
Force Cloak
Aayla Secura reflects on Quinlan Vos's training as she uses Force Cloak to hide from a group of quarra.
Force Cloak, also known as Force Camouflage, was, ironically, a rarely seen Force ability.
Force users with this rare ability could use the Force to electrokinetically bend light around themselves, rendering them invisible to others. Since it physically bent light like a cloaking device, this power could be used to hide from beings such as droids and the Yuuzhan Vong, beings normally immune to Force-based illusions.
An alternative form of the Force Cloak ability hides the user by affecting the minds of those around them in a way similar to the Jedi Mind Trick or Force Persuasion. The user could remove all traces of their presence from the mind of observers and move completely unnoticed while in plain sight. Because this form of the Force Cloak ability relies on the user's power to affect the mind of the observer, it is ineffective against droids.
Juhani was a Jedi who seemed to have a natural talent for this skill, though she much preferred to stand against an enemy than hide from them. It was also a favored technique of Kreia, who saw perception as but another tool for manipulation. By controlling the perception of others by hiding her presence, she would sometimes hide among friend and foe alike. The former Nightsister Lomi Plo utilized a unique form of the power during the Dark Nest Crisis, using other's doubts and fears to mask herself from view.
Force Concealment
Force Concealment was a power that was used by highly skilled Force-sensitives to mask their Force alignment (Light or Dark), their ability to use the Force, or even their entire presence from other Force sensitives.
Art Of The Small
Art of the Small was a radical Force technique. By narrowing their focus, a Force user could essentially shrink their presence in the Force to a microscopic size. While in this state, the user could alter things at a molecular level, turning them into something completely different.
Vergere, the Jedi Knight who named it, used her powers to give her tears healing properties, which helped Mara Jade Skywalker in combating the Coomb Spores she was infected with. She managed to teach the Art to Jacen Solo and Cilghal. Onimi, jester to Shimrra Jamaane, also had this power, but his level of control was much greater than Vergere's. He could produce toxins and manipulate the electrical current around him, allowing him to control Shimrra and become the true Supreme Overlord of the Yuuzhan Vong.
It may have also been the technique used by Alema Rar, Numa Rar,Kreia and Lumiya to hide their presence in the Force.
Force Bellow
Bellow was a power in which the user would amplify their voice using the Force. A normal yell would be able to fill a far larger space than normal.
The insane Jedi Master Joruus C'baoth used this power while on board Grand Admiral Thrawn's command ship, the Chimaera. C'baoth usually startled Gilad Pellaeon, the captain of the ship, as he entered the bridge bellowing Thrawn's name.
Ithorian Jedi can use this as well, amplifying their voices to immense proportions to destroy obstructions. Jedi Roron Corobb used this technique twice during the Clone Wars.
If the Force amplifies the user's voice to a loud enough point, it often results in a Force Scream. Palpatine used this when suddenly confronting the Jedi in his office.
Psychometry
Psychometry or telemetry was a Force power that was a mental technique of picking up impressions and traces of information about the object touched and the events that have surrounded it. About one in one hundred Kiffar were able to use this power. The Vos line of Kiffar had more than their share of psychometrically-abled Kiffar. Most with this ability became Kiffar Guardians. Quinlan Vos often used psychometry, being the Kiffar of his time most skilled at it. Use of the dark side enabled posessors of the power to use it on living beings, ripping memories from their brains.
At the time of the Invasion of Naboo, the Jedi Council frowned upon excessive use of this power, as it allowed the user to experience intense emotions, which might make him more susceptible to the dark side of the Force.
The Dark Jedi Boc Aseca was adept with this skill.
When Leia Organa was kidnapped by Han Solo as part of an attempt to woo her, Luke Skywalker used this ability to track Han's emotional "scent" to the casino where he had won the planet Dathomir from the Drackmarian Warlord Omogg.
Force Valor
Yoda demonstrating skills impossible for his age and stature without the Force.
Force Valor was a light side Force power that increased the resolve, accuracy, and speed of one's self and one's allies. Tapping into the Force, a Jedi could increase the rate at which one's capacities functioned, allowing the body to move more quickly, strike more powerfully, and fight with improved accuracy. The more wise, charismatic, and skilled the caster was, the more profound the effects of Force Valor were.
Yoda used this ability to overcome the infirmities of old age, which was quite necessary for a practitioner of Form IV lightsaber combat. Luke Skywalker unknowingly used Force Valor in the Battle of Yavin.
Force Illusion
Force illusion cast by Aleema Keto at the First Battle of Empress Teta.
Force Illusion was a Force ability, a subset of the various mind trick powers. The user projected an image into the minds of beings within range, of anything from a pillar of fire to a horde of snarling monsters to a fleet of warships, depending on the range. The user could "see" the illusion as well, though it would be only partially there, semi-transparent like a hologram. The key differences between a Force illusion and a hologram is that unlike a hologram, the illusion could be controlled mentally and was limited only by the imagination of the user. Even more importantly, a Force illusion did not merely affect the sight of a creature. Since it was projected directly into the brain of the creature, it appeared on all of the creature's senses, from hearing to smell to senses such as echolocation. Even viewing it through an electronic system such as a cybernetic eye or camera was of no use if the creature was within range of the illusion during its duration, the creature would "see" it with the system as if the illusion were actually there, though any play back after the illusion had ended would reveal nothing at all.
Though powerful, it was not without its drawbacks. Chief among them was that it had absolutely no effect on any mind that wasn't organic, such as droids and other AI, and had a greatly reduced (or almost nonexistent) effect on Force-resistant species such as Hutts and Yuuzhan Vong. While Force illusions can make something out of nothing, they can't make nothing out of something (in other words, render someone invisible. For that aspect, Force Immersion would be used), though they could conceal anything within the illusion. In addition, the illusion offered no physical substance. Though it could be "felt", in most cases, any appendage that touched it would pass straight through, usually betraying its status. Of course, that detail has allowed for several dark side applications such as using an illusion to conceal a dangerous pitfall, or to torture their opponents with phantom pain. Finally, the sustained use of a Force illusion could be taxing, especially at the exteme ranges of the skill (thousands of kilometers, large enough to be used to affect capital ship combat).
Lumiya used force illusion on mirrors in her bedroom, to make the reflected people look even more attractive than they really were.
Force Comprehension
Force Comprehension was the ability to absorb and interpret great quantities of information rapidly by speeding up the user's neural processes.
Force Comprehension required that the user possess at least a basic knowledge of the topic he was comprehending. Without this knowledge the user would simply speed up his neural processes and exhaust himself. Many Force users were wary of this ability, since on occasion knowledge learned at such a fast pace elicited strong emotions in the user. Therefore, the technique was not commonly used by the Jedi. Force comprehension found little favor with the Sith as well, simply because they don't have to worry for the strong emotions. For these reasons, Force comprehension was considered to be a universal power.
Force Whirlwind
A Twi'lek Jedi uses Force Whirlwind against an opponent.
Force Whirlwind was a more advanced form of Force Push. The Jedi would alter the air currents around an opponent, turning it into a maelstrom. This swirling force would lift an opponent into the air, spin them around, and completely immobilize them. This allowed the Jedi to attack without resistance. One of the most notable uses of this ability was from Jacen Solo when confronting Tsavong Lah on Duro. Jedi Master Streen and Teneniel Djo demonstrated a natural talent for this ability, as well as Plo Koon, who further modified it with his knowledge. Revan, the Jedi Exile, and their Force-sensitive companions are all possible candidates for this use of the Force. Plett may also have known it.
This ability was known to the Witches of Dathomir as the Spell of Storm.
Force Wave
Mace Windu using Force Wave during the battle of Dantooine.
Force Wave was one of the most powerful forms of Force Push. It was more widespread, like a wave, hence the name, and could push multiple opponents at once. It was very useful in tight, cramped quarters when the Force user needed room to move, since Force users could damage their opponents by pushing them into the walls. It could also be used as "crowd control," when overwhelming numbers of enemies immediately swarm towards the user. Using Force Wave gives the Force user time to rethink their strategy and cast more Force powers, or they could also attack fallen opponents as they are stunned. Mace Windu and Yoda used this power against Super Battle Droids during the Second Battle of Coruscant. Mace also used this power when he lost his lightsaber on Dantooine in Clone Wars.
It is similar in function to Force Repulse, although it is unclear which of the two is more powerful.
Force Repulse
Imperial Stormtroopers are flung about as a wave of Force Repulse ripples outward.
Force Repulse was an extremely powerful telekinetic Force power, similar in function to Force Push, and perhaps even more Force Blow, but on a far larger scale, akin to that of Force Wave. The user created sharp, visible kinetic ripples in space, which expanded outward rapidly, flinging nearby objects away at high velocity. The power only affected objects a certain distance away from the user, and therefore any allies could avoid its effects by moving closer to the user.
At least one rogue Force-sensitive who survived Order 66 had this ability, and used it against Imperial Stormtroopers sometime shortly after the formation of the New Order.
Battle Meditation
Oppo Rancisis uses battle meditation during the Siege of Saleucami.
Battle meditation was a manifestation of the Force which instilled in the meditator's allies a greater morale in battle and reduced the enemy's will to fight. Using the Force, one could coordinate entire fleets of ships, allowing them to perform at maximum efficiency, acting as one to counter every enemy move quickly and effectively.
A refinement of battle meditation was known as Force Meld. Unlike battle meditation, which could influence both the Force-sensitives and insensitives of both sides, Force Meld concentrates on coordinating and improving the Force-sensitives of the user's side.
This Force power was first made famous by the ancient Jedi Odan-Urr, Arca Jeth, and Nomi Sunrider. It was also practiced by Bastila Shan, as well as later Jedi Council members Yoda, Yarael Poof, and Oppo Rancisis, who used it in both the Stark Hyperspace War and the Clone Wars.
Battle meditation was not merely province of the light side; Emperor Palpatine and Grand Admiral Nial Declann had also mastered this technique, and used it to great effect in the Battle of Endor. Following Palpatine's death, the shock of the sudden removal of this influence threw the Imperial Navy into chaos and allowed the Rebel fleet to defeat them. One thousand years earlier, Lord Kaan also used battle meditation during the New Sith Wars.
Another practitioner was the clone Joruus C'baoth, the guardian of Mount Tantiss on Wayland. Presumably, this meant that Jorus C'baoth could use battle meditation as well, and it was known that Jorus performed Force Meld at least eight times in his life.
A dark side version of battle meditation called Sith Battle Coordination (i.e. Jedi battle meditation except with pure domination of the wills of one's servants)was mentioned by Lumiya to Jacen Solo.
Force Deflection
Obi-Wan Kenobi using Force Deflection to block Durge's attack.
Force Deflection was a Force power used by Jedi and Sith who were without a lightsaber, or chose not to carry one. It is unknown exactly if the Jedi and Sith merely created a wall using the Force to deflect blaster bolts and Force Powers, or if they actually deflected them back with their hand. It took much skill in the Force to use this, however, and most Jedi used their lightsabers instead to deflect incoming attacks.
During the Clone Wars, Obi-Wan Kenobi also used this ability during a fight with Durge to deflect projectiles and fire against the droidekas.
Jedi Master Yoda used it to block Force lightning when dueling Darth Tyranus and Darth Sidious. It is possible that Yoda combined Force Deflection with Force Absorb when protecting himself against Force lightning. He was unsuccessful because he wanted to gather the lightning into an orb to fire back at Sidious, but it overloaded and exploded in their faces, throwing the combatants apart.
When Luke Skywalker dueled his father, Darth Vader in the Temple of Pomojema on Mimban, Darth Vader fired a ball of kinetic energy at Luke. Luke was able to use this power and redirect it towards Darth Vader, even though he had little training with Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Jacen Solo used this ability to deflect Thrackan Sal-Solo's blaster shots on the Centerpoint Station in 40 ABY.
Force Flight
Dooku uses Force Flight on Rattatak after the Mission to Rattatak.
Force Flight was a power that enabled someone to wrap themselves in the power of the Force. Once they had control of the Force around them, they could move themselves towards a specific destination. To use this Force power took a great deal of concentration.
The Dark Jedi Maw was the only one known to have mastered this ability (making it extremely rare) but he learned to wield it remarkably quickly after being cut in half by the Jedi Qu Rahn. Darth Vader, Count Dooku, and Darth Sidious may have also possessed a small control over this power, being able to hover at times when in battle.
The Dark Jedi Yun apparently possessed this ability as well, to some degree.
The Jedi Dace Diath also possessed this ability, although it is called Force Levitation.
Force Throw
Force Throw was a telekinetic ability of the Force, perhaps related to Force Push. It caused objects to be hurled towards a target at an astounding velocity.
A skilled Force user could throw multiple, large objects simultaneously at great speed, as evidenced by Palpatine during his duel with Yoda in the Grand Convocation Chamber of the Senate Building, during which he hurled Senate pods at the Jedi Master. Anakin Skywalker used this ability when he was attacked on Geonosis, hurling droideka arms at oncoming Geonosian warriors. As Darth Vader, he used it to defeat Jedi Master Roan Shryne in combat on Kashyyyk. He later used it to overwhelm and subdue his own son, Luke Skywalker, during their battle in Cloud City on Bespin.
Later on in the New Republic Era, Corran Horn faced a Jensaarai warrior skilled in accelerating thrown objects like coins to near lethal velocity. The Jensaarai called this ability "ballistakinesis"
Force throw used in conjunction with Force Pull was also the main ingredient in the telekinetic lightsaber combat technique saber throw.
Force Meld
Force Meld, otherwise known as Jedi meld or Battle meld, was a technique where a number of Force users joined their minds together through the Force, drawing strength from each other. A refinement of Battle meditation, it was known to the ancient Jedi, though dangerous. While Battle meditation could influence both the Force-sensitives and the insensitives of both sides, Force Meld concentrates on coordinating and improving the Force-sensitives of the user's side.
Due to the number of Force-sensitives participated in a full scale battle was usually much smaller than the insensitives, in a way the demand of Force Meld was smaller than that of Battle meditation as the meld influenced a smaller number of sentient minds. As a result, Force Meld was believed to be relatively easier to master, as the number of meld practitioners in the New Jedi Order was almost half of all the known Battle meditation practitioners in the old order.
Jorus C'baoth performed it at least eight times in his life. Anakin Solo redeveloped it for the New Jedi Order during the Yuuzhan Vong War, which allowed the Jedi fighting the Yuuzhan Vong to form as a single, powerful entity. Under the coordination of Jacen Solo, Force Meld played an important role during the Mission to Myrkr, boosting the efficiency of the Myrkr strike team. Later, inspired by Joruus C'baoth's legendary power during the Thrawn campaign, Jaina Solo further fine tuned Force Meld as a starfighter squadron tactic used in her Twin Suns Squadron. Shortly afterwards, Madurrin applied the meld as an inter-squadron coordinating tactic, with Jacen and Luke Skywalker soon taking up such a post as well.
Prolonged use of this technique will cause the users to start finishing each other's sentences or thoughts. This power can also be seen as a form of telepathy. Obi-Wan Kenobi warned that Force Meld took a Master of great power and depth in the Force to create such a single entity state without killing or destroying the minds of everyone involved. The drawback of Force Meld was one of the elements which led to the Dark Nest Crisis.
The enhanced power brought by Force Meld would work both ways, while the entity could influence a large number of minds with much more power, a great disturbance in the Force could overwhelm the melding participants as they received the pain through their enhanced sensory. If the pain was caused by the minds the melding participants were touching, it would bring devastating effects to the participants, sometimes to such a degree that the participants would lose control of their own and become ignorant to other threats.
The majority of light side meld participants could prevent a single participant from slipping to the dark side. However if the meld participants were so divided in thoughts and could not focus to a common objective, the meld would become a liability rather than an asset.

This is just a copied list from the other guild? It's going to have to be changed, not only because I'm strongly anti-plagiarism. I'd like to include passive powers, somehow. Maybe they could cost a large number of points and last an entire battle?

Like force speed or force valor? That something that i felt was missing from the old guild, since ataru needs both force speed and force jump active all the time.

Force Valor is basically equivalent to the ability to perform those force powers at any time, to a smaller extent, at any given time while the ability is being used. What about a cost of X points to begin it, then a cost of Y points each post, or round of battle? Is there any provision for things like this in the d20 system that we can cannibalize?

It's not plagiarism when the one who wrote it gives you full rights the material xd
Besides, why write the same thing twice when you can just ask to use theirs?

Force speed could be split into two sub catagories. Speed and time. Speed is how it works currently, you move faster. Time is referenced in the Jedi Knight video game seris(with Katarn) and Shadows of the empire as slowing down the jedi's perception of time so they can react faster.(even faster than normal jedi reflexes allow.)
Not sure if that really matters for the rp but i thought that i would put it out their.
And i just want to point out that in yoda's duel against dooku, if he was using force valor, force speed, and force jump continuiously, he wouldn't have much juice left if the battle went longer than it did.

Here's a list of powers that last for ten rounds upon activation: Enhance Ability, Battlemind, Enhance Senses, Force Speed (which affects jumping), Empathy, Force Stealth (ten minutes/100 rounds). Battle Inspiration/Meditation 6 points to start, and must pay a cost according to the chart below every 10 rounds. Cost depends on number of targets to affect, bonus is dictated by caster's pl. 1-10: 3 11-100: 6 101-1000: 12 1001-10000: 18 bonus equals caster pl divided by 4. meaning you have to have a pl of 4 to use this power.
