Okay, so after getting my mag to it's final evolution (Asparas) I decided to round off the traits so that I'd be better in more fields. I had gotten POW, DEX and MND to 35, and my DEF was at 19. I got it to level 19 DEF, and it turned back into the mag it was before (Kama)! WTF!?!
My only theorie is that, since mags evolve at different levels because of the ration of levels (i.e. POW>MND+DEX etc.), having it rounded took away it's ratio, and it devolved -.-
Help (Kama is ugly, trust me)?

It didn't De-Evolve, Apsaras and Kama are the same level mag evolutions. They change form depending on their dominant stats(except Def). If they're all even the mag probably changes at random or whatever stat broke even.

WTF!?! It just changed again into something called 'Soma'?! Great. At first I had a giant cool looking mag that owned all, then a pair of missiles, now my mag looks like a pair of fish crying I don't know what's happening anymore!

Woah...now it's a Bana O_o I'm keeping this one...it's cool...I'm still confused on how I've had one mag in four different forms in the past 24 hours O_o

okae heres the deal...after level 50, mags evolve every five levels if the dominanat stat changed. for example, a hunter, sec id type a, gets an Apsaras if power is higher than mind, than higer than dex (pow>mind>dex). if the alingment is pow>dex>mind at a level live 55 or 60, it changes to Kama, and if the alignment changed to mind>dex>pow, it becomes Soma.
alignments change, then mag changes

I couldn't of put it any better. Thats the same thing that has happened to me. My mag was level 85 and from 50 to 85 it goes from one thing to a Guruda. I hated the Garudas. They look like keys to me, and to me I didn't like it. My class that I play is always a HUnewearl and I will never change that, but the thing is, she is smaller then the Garudas. That really pissed me off.

Something weird happened to my Mag today. It had evolved at level 50, then I gave it monofluid. Then it evolved again without changing levels. Who knows I equiped it with my level 1 character when it happened. Has any of this happened to any of you??? actually it looks like wings in a way, it matches my character. ^.^ sometime I'll put up a picture.

Wait, wha? Anyways, now that my mag's past 150, it basically switches from a Bana to an Asparas when the POW is two more than the MND, and from an Asparas to a Bana when the MND is two more than the POW. Wierd, huh? The thing is, All I feed it are Moon Atomizers, and they give Bana good POW, and Asparas good MND...Oh well, those are the two I want anyway X3
