Sometimes, crap happens. In certain situtations your home will undergo what is called an event. Sometimes events are good, but almost aways bad. The event will be recognized by a post in red from me, or the a guild representatives. The post will state what happened, how you can fix it and a description of the event. Sometimes, events will happen with the popularity of your home, what you do inside your home, if your description says something or other reasons. The following are some things that can happen to a house.

A small fire broke out in your home!
[2] Major Fire
A large fire is consuming your home!
[3] Burglary
You were robbed!
[4] Blessing
Fairies may have dropped by your home.
[5] Egg'd
Your house was egged
[6] Infestation
Your house has bugs in it
[7] TP'd
Your house has been covered in toilet paper
[8] Wasp Nest
Your house has developed a large nest of wasp.
[9] Code Violation
Your house has been ticketed for a code violation
